A recent hailstorm prompted a call to Preferred Roofing, our roofing company for more than 20 years. Nick Murray came right out and inspected the damage and found enough to warrant replacing the roof. He worked with my insurance company to make sure that the replacement would be covered. Nick told me to ask my insurance company if replacing my roof with higher quality but more expensive impact resistant roofing would save me money on my premiums and it really did. I learned that paying a little more for this roof now will lower my premiums as long as I live here. Plus it sure beats replacing my roof every two years or so here in tornado alley! Everything looks perfect and I'm very happy with the job Preferred did, as I always have been with any project they've done for me.

They installed a roof for my daughter and did a poor job. Came back several times to repair. They also left us hanging by not showing up. Turned out we had bad shingles. It was up to us to get the shingle company to send new pay for new shingles. Then this company wanted to charge us over 3000 to put the roof back on. After several phone calls and personal meetings with the owner promising he would do whatever it took to fix the roof. We did not choose the shingles that were put on the roof. That was picked out by this company. They didn’t even seal the vents properly. We ended up going with another company who charged us less to do the job. I have pictures of the poor job that was performed. I do not recommend them at all.

Preferred Roofing does a high quality job in a timely manner; you can trust them to do the job correctly and economically!

Hail damage to my roof in March 2019. Preferred Roofing replaced it all in one day and it looks great. We are very happy with the skilled, professional labor and the quality of the work and shingles we wanted. New roof has been on for almost a month and I don't have any leaks (like the last company that replaced my roof) and haven't found ANY NAILS or other trash in the yard or flower beds Excellent work.

Great company to deal with both before and after the sale. Once they do work on your roof it truly becomes their roof as well.

Have worked with Preferred now on three separate occasions and two new roofs. They have always taken great care of me and any follow ups that may have been necessary.

Preferred Roofing is the absolute best people to work with. They have replaced the roof on my business twice. They are extremely honest, hard working, and the most professional you could ever wish to do business with! Extremely polite, and very easy to work with!

Really bad customer service Tanner I called him to come look at my roof & he started yelling and screaming on the phone that they was not interested i helping with a roof on our building. Very poor customer serivice. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Very rude on the phone.
