Great customer service and a genuine drive to do right for customers they completed the entire roof in just hours and no mess was left at all not 1 single scrap they took care of everything even worked directly with insurance company making it easier for me having a job that is high demand and can't just take off for things of this nature they really had my back and surpassed all expectations

I contacted ProBuild roofing about receiving a quote for a new roof and got in contact with Mr. Jason. After several quotes from different contractors, ProBuild was incredibly reasonable. Mr. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through what was needing to be done and what he and his guys were going to do. I received my quote on Wednesday and on Friday they were here bright and early ready to rock! They did an amazing job and did exactly everything they said they would and some! I highly recommend Mr. Jason and all the guys at ProBuild.

My wife and I had a new roof put on about 4 years ago by someone I knew, 2 years later after a rain we found a couple of spots in the ceiling, called the guy out who put the roof on, he did some kind of repair, Charged us and then a couple years later we experienced another leak about 6" down from the ceiling in the dining room wall underneath the paint. So we got a hold of a roofing company and that decided we needed a tarp. They said the Tarp would last about 3 months and sent two boys up on the roof. First thing I noticed after a week the tarp's edges was trying to blow up!. We called that company and they said that they would come out and check on it but they never showed up. Later we called Pro builders roofing and 2 other roofing companies(to get different estimates). One of the roofing companies came out, never solved the problem but wanted us to get about 12,000 worth of roof repair! Another one didn't show up. I talked to the owner Paul of ProBuild roofing and he sent out his inspector Jason Castille. Jason climbed on the roof and in 10 minutes solved the source of our leak! He wrote up a very reasonable estimate and within days sent a crew out to fix the problem!! The repair included putting in a Moisture barrier+ necessary Flashing, etc. The work looks very good and professional with matching replacement shingles and they painted the chimney shaft. Jason is not only a professional in this field but he is a very personable guy who also didn't try to hit us deep down in the pockets (if you know what I mean)! My wife and I would recommend him & the Probuild roofing company to anybody that we know that needs a roof, 5 Stars!!

My roof is amazing and in fact just passed inspection. They whole crew was professional and polite. Being a widow I am always a little bit worried about being taken advantage of.
