First and foremost, the work they did on our basement was fantastic. Secondly, when I initially called them, they returned my call promptly and we setup a time for them to come have a look. Some of the other contractors called me back a week later or didn't bother to call back at all. Additionally, Preferred Property Professionals communicated with us all along the way - giving us options and keeping us in the loop with scheduling. Lastly, at the end of the job something didn't turn out quite right, so they came back the next day and fixed it.

We were in a big pinch because we made the mistake of hiring a general handyman to do touch up painting prior to selling our condo. We moved across the country and only days before closing we found that the handyman did a terrible job. Thankfully we were able to hire Preferred Property Professionals at the last minute. They fit us into their schedule and did a great job just in the nick of time.
