We were in a situation in which we had no choice but to have a new roof put on our house in North Beach on Vilano. Not doing so by May 2026 would have voided our current homeowners insurance policy. We contacted several roofers for estimates, one was Chris Fox of Precision Roofing. Chris visited our home, explained the materials his workers would use, made recommendations regarding the types of materials and work that could save us money in future homeowner policies, patiently went over the options related to color and style of shingles, and gave us a fair cost estimate. The job was completed in a day, and the workers left the property as they found it. What most impressed us - quality work should be a given - was the fact we had a banking issue that required us to make the final payment using a credit card rather than a check. Chris was understanding, the transaction was seamless, in keeping with all our interactions with Chris and Precision Roofing.
Our roof was leaking after a recent hurricane. We called Precision Roofing. Chris the owner came by the next day to survey our roof and determined that we sustained severe wind damage to a large area. He met with our insurance adjuster to detail the issues and our claim was approved immediately. His crew arrived a few days later. Our new roof was completed in two days using the latest technology products and meeting the most up to date building codes. . Chris responded to our questions quickly and communicated well during this process. We would recommend Precision Roof of North Florida highly!
