Precision Roofing is the best company out there in terms of work quality, materials quality, great communication, pricing and timeliness.

Immediate and professional support. An inferior roofing contractor walked away with only 25% of my roof done. That was on a Wednesday. Got a quote from precision on Friday, and the work was complete by sunset on Saturday. Crisis resolved. Eternally grateful.

I've been around construction for years. Denise has been fantastic to deal with and has gone out of her way in every aspect of our project.

I have dealt with Precision Roofing once for a roof repair and then a couple of years later after a bad hail storm a complete roof replacement. In both instances I found their quality of work and honesty excellent. Denise literally walked me thru the insurance process , which can be complicated , and kept me informed with conversation and pictures of the roof replacement. I can recommend them with confidence.

I had an estimate done using my insurance and they agreed to install a new roof for that price. Then, when they found out that depreciation allowance would send an additional check, they sent me a new invoice with that additional amount with no explanation as to what they're now including to warrant the price hike. They'll insult you, saying that they've been in business X years, etc and that you don't know what you're doing and you should trust them. I declined their services, and then they had the audacity to send a random guy to my house to bully me into signing with them. Really underhanded operation and not honest.

My neighbor had her roof replaced by this company. While replacing her roof, they noticed damage on mine.
I am a widow living in a 55+ community where we are responsible for all the maintenance of our homes. This could have been very stressful for me. However, Denise made the entire experience go so smoothly.
She was there for me through each step of the process to file the claim, have roof inspected and the actual roofing experience.

He first came out to fix a leaky HVAC stack and was so professional, friendly, informative, and reliable for the small job that I called him back out when I had storm damage to my siding and roof. He went above and beyond documenting and communicating with the insurance to ensure the insurance fulfilled their obligation to me for full replacement on both. The work was done in a timely manner and there was no part of the process where I felt confused or unsure on next steps. He over-communicated on everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Best part is the work is great! Precision Roofing first did my son's roof and when the roof on my dormer was severely damaged recently I called Denise. She recognized by the conversation that the damage was major and she came out the very next day and cleared away the damage and secured my dormer roof to avoid any water damage - and she didn't need any help in doing that. Her service was above and beyond. Plus I never had to wait for her to answer my texts. Since then my entire roof has been replaced and besides supervising the work she brought lunch to the roofers. She is truly amazing and knowledgable.

I sure am glad I gave precision roofing a call. We had a rotten spot over my child's room that caused water to leak into the house and a BAD storm was on the way! Precision roofing came over the SAME day and took care of the whole thing. Very polite and professional. As far as the quality of work, we have had 2 more rough storms since then and everything is still looking real good up there. we will use them in the future for sure

I have used Precision Roofing for a handful of years now for various services such as damage repair, attic venting and more. Denise and the Precision crew are experienced with the quality work that they do. You won't feel pressured into a sale. You will be presented with your options for you to make the decision that fits your needs and your budget. The work I have had completed at my home by Precision was also affordable. I plan to continue using Precision and recommend them to other people as well!

Denise and the crew at Precision took such care in correcting another roofers poor work. Denise explained what was wrong, took photos to show me the problems and made a plan to fix them. My brand new roof no longer leaks and I have peace of mind knowing that it was done properly.

Denise with Precision was wonderful. She was very responsive and the company did a wonderful job on our roof. We have children and they made sure to clean up all the nails and debris. Denise even left us with a magnet so we could go over our yard ourselves. I highly recommend!

I called Precision Roofing to look at what I thought was probably a leak on my sunroom ceiling. I had used them before and found them to be very reliable. They determined that I had extensive hail damage, worked with my insurance company, and ended up replacing my roof. Last week severe storms passed through the area where I live. Another round of heavy rain came through yesterday, and last night I was very upset to see a leak near my fireplace and peeling drywall on my ceiling. Since it was Friday night, I didn’t expect to get someone to look at it until Monday. I texted the owner of the company who sent someone out within an hour (it was 8:00 PM when I texted) to tarp my roof in order to avoid further damage from the rain that was expected overnight. They returned first this thing this morning to make the repairs. It turned out to be the metal around my chimney—NOT the roof) but they didn’t charge me for the work. I was so impressed with their response time and their concern for the issue I was having. I would highly recommend Precision roofing!

After months of being visited by many roofing companies soliciting our business, we decided to do our own research and found Precision Roofing. I'm so glad we did. We knew we had roof damage from storms and Denise and Jason (owners) confirmed it. We decided to go with them and are so glad we did. Denise is awesome to work with! She was there every step of the way explaining our needs and even sitting down with me during our call to the insurance company. She was there when the adjuster came and there several times during the installation. We could get a hold of her very easily. We never felt we were alone in the process. Her crew is very hardworking and clean up was thoroughly done. Oh, and our roof looks amazing!!

Gathered info from signs in people’s yards, called 4 roofers to get quotes. Precision responded first and dealt with an owner Denise. I could go on and on about her, let’s just say she is top notch! Answered all my questions and I compared notes with a roofer friend up North and she marked all his boxes too. I’m thanking God for insurance help but this hard, working woman in a man’s world is the real deal. My roof is beautiful, the clean up tremendous, she was here at my home checking on her crew, me and even helping get my dog out to do her business. You won’t go wrong using Precision Roofing! You won’t find a better roofing company. They were very helpful with insurance company. The roof is great. The whole experience was easy and stress free.

We came home from vacation to find a water spot on our ceiling and due to the age of our roof we thought that it wouldn't be covered by insurance. We happened to see a Precision Roofing truck while taking a walk around our neighborhood and I called the number. I am SO GLAD that I did! Precision gave us the best customer service we've ever experienced in any industry.
Jason and Denise came out that day and inspected our roof, gutters and attic, and found wind and hail damage. They worked with our insurance and got everything covered, and even got us upgraded shingles at no additional cost to us. They were quick, responsive and had numerous options available from different shingle manufacturers.
It honestly couldn't have gone better. Their crew got everything done in a day and a half, and it would have been one day if it hadn't been in early January with so little daylight. Our new roof looks INCREDIBLE! Don't hesitate to call them! They are the best of the best!

It was so easy. Denise came out and inspected my roof. She then worked with my adjuster. It was a very positive experience. They arrived on time, completed the job in 1 day and cleaned up thoroughly. Denise is a wonderful business owner!! Our insurance company offered $800 for damage on our roof with Denise's help we then got offered $4500 then Denise pushed forward on our behalf and got the insurance company to do a much more thorough inspection and finally they agreed a new roof was needed and paid the full cost. Denise is dedicated to customer service and she knows the industry!! You are in good hands with her!!

I absolutely love my new roof and I loved working with Precision Roofing. They are a company who truly cares about their customers and their happiness with the job. Denise was wonderful and was so helpful as I was a little overwhelmed with choosing a color. She took time out of her busy schedule to drive me around and show me different colors and answer all my questions and concerns. She helped me pick the perfect color for my house. Jason and Denise were just wonderful through this whole process. They came out to the house within an hour after we called them to put tarps on our roof to prevent further damage inside our home. They walked us through how to file a claim with our Insurance Company and even met with the Insurance Inspector when they came out to access the damage.
