I navigated the onslaught of roofing companies pitching a roof replacement after a hail storm. Many claimed they would negotiate with my insurance company before they even asked how my roof would be paid for. I watched a multitude of companies replace roofs in our neighborhood, the quality of the replacement, the duration of install and the professionalism of the installers varied widely. I happened to drive by my neighbors home that was being taken care of by Paul (Royal House LLC) and had a very detailed conversation with him about the quality of the materials utilized and the process he uses to take care of his workers during an install. I selected Royal House to install our roof and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the install, the job site cleanliness, the friendliness of the workers and Paul's follow-up on punch list items were second to none. I would have no pause in having a conversation with Royal house about caring for your home. You do not find true craftsmen in the market very often-I found one.

I can't say enough good things to say about my experience with Paul at Royal House. Paul went above and beyond to assist me in getting my claim approved and when it was approved, he then went line by line on the adjusters approval and found discrepancies that would have costed me additional dollars to have my roof replaced. He helped me submit information to the insurance company and contacted the adjuster himself to resolve the issue. Due to his efforts, I received an additional 4,000 dollars. Having worked with Paul previously when we got a new roof, we were excited to find out that he does gutter guards as well! I have had two roof replacements with Paul Villarreal. The first time (at another house) he was working for somebody else. Now, he is his own boss. Getting your hail or wind damaged roof replaced is a two-phase process- the first and most difficult phase is getting your homeowners insurance to pay for it, while the second, the actual replacement, is like making sausage (you don’t want to watch it) and a lot can go wrong. At my old house, my (former) insurance company had denied claims from two separate events on the flimsiest of pretexts. Then Paul showed up, evidencing sophisticated knowledge about how insurance companies operate and armed with ethical, effective strategies for playing their game to my advantage. After the third hail event, following Paul’s advice, I filed my claim, which was approved immediately. When the job was done, although Paul was actually the “sales guy,” he showed up on the job. That company did an excellent job with very little damage to my landscape plantings, which was completely, satisfactorily and promptly repaired. Now Paul has his own company Royal House and manages every aspect of the project from the claims process to cleanup. He is smart, intense, attentive to the smallest detail and laser focused on customer satisfaction. My last job with Royal House was perfect. I recommend Paul, Morgan and Royal House without qualification.

I worked with Paul and had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and helped me repair a roof leak left by the previous owner. While other roofers said they couldn't come out for weeks, Paul responded immediately with a short-term fix and came back for the full repair in under a week. Fair pricing and excellent service—highly recommend!

Paul (Royal House LLC) made the process of getting our roof replaced, after hail damage, smooth and guided us through every step. He even came to our house when our insurance adjuster came to appraise the damage, to make sure it was done accurately. On the day of install he sent pictures and drone video of every phase from ripping off our old roof to the final touches of the new roof! I cannot say enough good things about Paul! We had water leaking on our son’s floors and through our dining room ceiling, and the contractor my insurance sent was unable to figure out the source of the issue. Before we even signed a contract with him, Paul came to our house FOUR times to assess our roof, find and temporarily fix the source of our leak, and to even meet our adjuster himself to show him our hail/wind damage- leading to the adjuster granting a full replacement of our roof and front siding! Paul was extremely easy to get in touch with, very communicative and professional; he sent tons of progress photos throughout the day of our roof and siding replacement, and even included fixing and re-hanging our shutters for free. If I ever have storm damage again to the exterior of my home, Paul will be my first phone call. We had our roof replaced yesterday, and from beginning of the process to the end, the service we got from Royal House (Paul, Morgan, and Cooper) could not have been more professional, respectful, and thorough. They explained the insurance process completely, and were responsive to every question and detail required by our insurance company. Royal House had done a house nearby and those neighbors were very happy. Along the way they did the roof of friends at church, and they were also very happy. Royal House is building an A+ reputation! My wife and I give our highest recommendation!

I would give a 10 star review if I could. Being a single gal, I am used to being taken advantage of by contractors. My experience was the complete opposite with Paul, Morgan and Cooper! I was told by the insurance company that I was black listed because of a claim I had put in a couple of years ago and wouldn't be able to put in another claim for the next 5 years. I thought I might have hail damage on my roof, but I didn't even get a quote because I was sure I would be denied. I decided to go ahead and get a quote anyway. Paul and Cooper came out and confirmed that there was extensive hail damage, and I went ahead and put in the claim. Paul and Cooper came out when the adjuster was there, and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. The claim was approved! They came out a second time and helped me pick out the shingle color that matches my house to perfection! They worked quickly to get it scheduled the following week. Paul sent photos and live video with commentary through the whole build, and even had drone shots. The tear down and re-roofing was completed in one day, and it looks amazing! They cleaned up nicely, which was important to me. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Royal House!

Paul came out and gave me a price and oversaw the install of the gutter project I had. His labor crew was punctual, quick, and installed highly professional details. Paul using drone support identified some missing/ damaged shingles on our roof that I would never had seen. He identified himself showed me his drone videos and without any type of pressure gave me an estimate to repair/ replace the problem shingles. Bottom line the next day at an agreed on time came replaced the shingles, cleaned up all debris for the price he quoted me even though he did some additional work over and above what quoted but held to his quoted price! Morgan and Paul were great to work with, super helpful, communicative and responsive from the beginning. They have a wonderful family and veteran owned company. Paul installed our permanent outdoor lights and we are very have with the service provided. We had an issue a week later with a faulty extension cord from the egovee lights, we messaged him and he came out right away to help figure out the issue and provided a solution. Great company and people to work with!

I wish there was a 6 star review. Paul and Morgan went out of their way to help me surprise my daughter with Christmas lights installed on her house while she was away on a business trip. It was a very quick turn around but they made it house. She is thrilled and so am I. Paul is very professional and a hard worker. I’d hire him again without hesitation and so should you.

My wife and I have been wanting to get Permanent lights placed on our house but the quotes I received were insanely high just for the front of the house. I saw an add from Morgan on Facebook about putting lights up and contacted her. Her communication was great and then she put me in touch with Paul, who then came out and gave me an estimate. The estimate was much better than the competitors and the communication was great. Him and his crew came out to do the work a few days later. They had great attention to detail and the quality of work was great. I would imagine they would take the same care in replacing a roof and would use them for that if we needed it in the future. I highly recommend using them for any Christmas light or roofing needs.

Paul and Morgan were very easy to work with on getting the right roof for our home. I had another roof company come out and quote us a price and go over what they would do. I then contacted Paul and Morgan ( Royal House ) to do the same. Not only did I save money, Paul helped us to pick the color and type of shingle to use. Paul explained everything that would be done to insure our roof would be protected. He had plenty of samples of what would be installed. In my opinion Paul is very meticulous on the work he expects his workers to preform. He was here all day to make sure we were satisfied. We are. Paul and Morgan were great to work with. Behind every good Marine is a great woman for sure. The entire process was organized, well communicated and well managed. Morgan did an outstanding job taking the detail Paul assembled providing a detailed estimate based on our needs and vision. Our project was a little more complicated involving not only a roof replacement but changing out fascia, soffit gutter for a new color scheme - highly recommend doing it all if you can. Paul came to our house and asked if he could look at our roof. That there had been hail damage in the area. He wasn’t a salesman he is the owner. He was not pushy or tried to charge for just looking. Which has happened in the past . I agreed. He took his time and showed me the pictures of my roof. Significant damage. I had a great experience with Paul and Morgan with Royal House. If you’re looking for a family feel and a great roof then cal them. I had a denied claim and had tarps and blown off shingles for months, but Royal House came in and got my insurance company to approve the claim for full replacement. You’ll get what you pay for and more with this company. They documented the entire build all the way down to the bare wood and didn’t cut any corners. They will treat you like family.

I met Paul Villarreal a while back when he was located in Florida. I could tell immediately he was a no nonsense guy who has a passion for his roofing business. We had already seen the excellent work Paul and his company performed building our neighbor's roof.
