Had roof and house cleaned and Logan and crew did a great job. Very professional and worked very efficiently completing the job in one day. They take time to protect outdoor plugs , plants and some woodwork that might be affected in the cleaning. Very pleased with the cleaning and will use again.

Our house looks better than it did when we first built it. It’s mostly hardie with painted wood ceilings on the porches. It was covered in spider webs and spider egg sacs. We couldn’t get it clean with our pressure washer without taking the paint off. Precision Plus Pressure Washing did an excellent job of soft washing it. Logan, the owner, was here working the entire time. He made sure everything was done right! When he was finished washing the house and putting his hoses back in the truck, I saw him take note of a spot that he missed. It was sort of hidden on the handrail. He made sure he cleaned it. That’s the kind of service I like! We’ll definitely have him come back when it needs cleaning again.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Logan and Dakota did on our house. We have numerous beds and shrubbery around our house and they did an excellent job of protecting them. Logan was very conscientious of putting everything back where it belonged. It was a very large project with many living areas and high walls. Everything looks so fresh, clean and new.

Logan at Precision Plus made our seventy year old home look new again! We could not believe how clean it looked! He took his time and paid attention to every detail. He even uncovered architectural details that we had not seen in years. Because he is so good it may take a couple of weeks to get to you but it is worth the wait. We are so happy!

Our home didn’t seem that dirty as it is a 5 year old-all brick home. We have decking that I knew was really dirty, so I really wanted that cleaned and I wanted the windows cleaned, but didn’t think I would notice much of a difference on the majority of the house. I could not have been more wrong! I pulled in our driveway and couldn’t believe how white the white trim of the house was. It was not even that white when it was first painted when we built it 5 years ago. I cannot believe how great our house looks. I don’t have any before pictures so there is no need for the after, but I will ALWAYS use them. I asked to get put on the yearly rotation. Super professional. Shows up when he says, works hard and gets the job done. Highly recommend.

Precision Plus just cleaned my house, decks, and storage buildings. It was COLD today and they still got the job done. My house looks brand new. It was by no means an easy job, but they managed to get everything spotless. They are very reasonably priced and obviously take a lot of pride in what they do.
