Schedule them to come out for a Chimney sweep. The person never showed up, we called the mainline to see where the tech was at and they said they would call us back with an update but never did. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will not call them again.

We had booked through a company called Michigan Air Duct Cleaning because the company we used in the past was no longer offer duct cleaning service. They came to clean our ducts and dryer vents on August 24th. From the start things weren't going well. They had given us a large time block for arrival and still showed up two hours after the upper end (after I had to call twice to find out where they were).

After the service we were told that we would be sent photos of the ducts (before and after) but those never came. This is a nice service that most companies offer because it's the only way for you to see that they actually cleaned (which now I have my doubts). I followed up twice asking for the photos but never heard back from anyone.

Following the service we noticed that all of a sudden our dryer wasn't working that well. We ran a few loads and they just didn't dry. Finally we checked behind the machine and it turns out they never reconnected the vent. This is a HUGE safety issue since its a gas dryer (i.e., carbon monoxide poisoning). So I followed up again and still never heard from anyone. I then went onto their website and was told a manager would be in touch. Also, we reconnected the vent and the dryer is still acting wonky, so now I'm not even sure if they properly cleaned the vent.

A few days went by and we were finally contacted by a "resolution specialist" on Sept 14 to help get the issues resolved. Their email address was for Precision Home Services, so I guess they are the same company? We responded to their email that day but then never heard back. We followed up again on Sept 25 and still nothing (it's now Oct 5).

I had been waiting to have another company come out to service the dryer because I was holding out hope that Michigan Air Duct Cleaning/Precision Home Services would make things right, but I no longer think they are ever going to come through. In the future, we will definitely be using a different company.

My lady and I used Justin for duct cleaning and a chimney sweep on a new home purchase, the entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional. Justin went above and beyond with a quick scheduling even a week prior to Thanksgiving just so we would be able to move into our new home quickly. I almost wish I had another house to have him visit, that is how positive the experience was. Will be using his services each year going forward, and you would be wise to do the same!

A week ago I set an appointment with them to clean my air ducts this Saturday. I sent them my name and address like they ask no response. When Friday came i texted the same number asking what time I can expect them still no response by text later I called a lot back to back finally got some kid that said everyone is in the office and he would have the owner call me in about 30min. I never got a call back. Saturday is just about gone and still no one's here. Tried calling but still rings and goes to voicemail.

Precision Home Services has the worst service ever. I called on Oct. 22 and was able to schedule my air duct cleaning for Oct. 26 from 12:00 -2:00. The company never showed up, never called or never returned my calls. I called for days and they never answered the phone. Before this happened I mentioned the company to my mother who also scheduled her air duct cleaning for Nov. 5. They never showed at her house either. Worst customer service ever! I would not recommend this company to anyone. The other reviews must be fake!

Justin and his brother cleaned my air ducts and did GREAT. They made sure I had peace of mind not only did they provide before and after pictures but they also have location tabs so you KNOW the pictures are yours. Richard called me and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. And they gave me a half off price. They use a MONSTER vacuum. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. And I recommend them to EVERYONE I know! Thank you so much Justin!

These guys were scheduled to come July 3 to clean our vents but caught a flat tire. They came bright and early on The 4th Of July before I started cooking for my family. It’s really great to see determined entrepreneurs be professional and prompt. Things happen, but they were fast and out of the way in no time. I’ll be using them for all my home services.
