Honest, Professional, Courteous, are only three of the many adjectives one could use to describe Todd Collett and his Crew. You see, our roof was original in 2003. In 2021, concerns over age and wear had us contact Todd to inspect our roof. His report then was that we were in good shape, with subsequent inspections turning in similar findings. After discussing our options with Todd last fall, we decided 21 years on the original roof was enough. The replacement of our roof took 2 days, with supplies delivered the day before work began. Attention to detail by the Crew was apparent from the start. The Crew used exceptional care to place protective tarps over everything within 10 feet from the house. That same care was used in details of the job which would never be seen. All of the flashing was replaced, and not only was 6 feet of ice dam protection installed, but a protective underlayment membrane was installed to the ridge line. Clean up after the completion of all work was just as diligent. Rolling magnets and a repurposed leaf blower were used to clear nails off the lawn and gravel from the gutters. The yard looked like the Crew was never even there. My wife Felicia and I are so very happy with the work, we just can’t say enough about how well Todd Collett and his Crew took care of us and our home. My husband and I used Todd and his guys to do a roof repair on our home. Unlike other companies, they answer the phone or call back promptly. We had an idea of what was causing our leaking (no flashing around our chimney) but when Todd came out to give us an estimate he pointed out a few other things that we could do to help stop the leaks. He did not push us towards getting a whole new roof, he was happy to repair it. Love having good businesses in our small town!!

All American Construction Roofing is such a great company. Todd the owner is so nice and honest and will give you a fair price. He is loyal to his customers. He did a tear off and re-shingled our house, garage and shed. Did a fantastic job. After the fact had chimney brick work done and Todd came out and made sure the custom flashing from All American Construction was reinstalled correctly. Cannot thank him enough for giving us peace of mind. You won’t regret hiring this company.

They were friendly and professional, and Todd even moved a birds nest to keep it safe. The guys cleaned up my yard when they were done, and put my flower pots back where they were. All American Construction Roofing. He was the first contractor we called out for an estimate to replace our roof. After meeting Todd and speaking with him we knew there wouldn't be any reason to get other estimates. We knew immediately that he was honest, fair and completely trustworthy. Todd brought shingle samples out to us and explained the difference in the weight and durability of them. He answered any questions we had. He never tried to upsell a more expensive roof and left that decision completely up to us.
When the day came to replace our roof Todd and his crew arrived early in the morning & worked until dark. They tore off and replaced our roof in one day! We were so impressed with the entire crew. They worked very well as a team. They were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. Todd came back the very next day and went above and beyond by painting the plumbing roof vents to match our shingles.

I contacted over 10 contractors for an estimate when we decided to replace our roof. Of the 10 maybe only 3-4 were selected to move forward and ultimately All American Construction was selected. The decision was a great one as Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, Todd stood out as someone who not only knew his way around roofing but also someone with integrity. He never tried to upsell, gave his best price at the very beginning, and always either picked up or returned my phone calls. He also took the time to go and look at the roof instead of just quoting with internet pictures so he can give an accurate quote or see if any other repairs were necessary. He stayed in constant communication with me before, during, and after the work was complete. He showed up when he said he was and completed the work within the time he said he would. The property was left in the original condition when his crew was done with the work and they ensured all trash was picked up. Overall, All American Construction and Todd especially, was very easy to talk to and was always willing to talk and work out problems. Give Todd a call if you are in need of a roof replacement or repair.

From the time I submitted a request for an estimate, Todd is very friendly and knowledgeable. He called me to make an appointment to meet and discuss my needs quickly (hours after I submitted request) and showed up to the meeting promptly. He took the time to look over my roof and let me ask a lot of questions (he was very patient with me on that – I ask a lot of questions). After that, he presented different options I could choose from to replace my roof and explained the difference between the options. Todd also went over the warranty of the products in detail. He completed the estimate with the multiple options and presented it to me in a professional manner and left educational material with me to review and told me to contact him if I had additional questions.

After I called him with additional questions, he stopped back over for my wife and I to review samples of different colors of shingles in product lines. My wife was very happy to see the differences. Once we chose the color we wanted, we signed the contract to start the work.

Todd’s pricing (which was best of all the quotes I received) is explained out clearly in the contract and he explained the process of what would happen in a detailed manner. On the start date it was raining, and Todd stayed in constant contact that day to see if he could start. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the start for a few days later, and when that day came, the team arrived early and was ready to start.

They worked very hard all day and completed the job same day. When they started, they laid tarps down all around the house to protect the surroundings and make for an efficient clean-up. Throughout the day, they had one crew member working on clean-up as he could (safely). They also moved my patio furniture away from the house along with hose boxes and any other landscaping items that could be easily moved for protection. At the end of the job, Todd went around the house for a final clean-up and made sure nothing was left behind. After everyone left, I also went around to make sure there was nothing left behind, and it was all cleaned-up very well.

I would have no hesitation to recommend Todd and his crew to fix or repair a roof to anyone!

I had a roof and chimney leak. I called All American Construction Roofing and Todd responded right away. I was impressed by his professionalism and customer service. This is sometimes hard to get from a contractor for a small job so I appreciated it. The repairs were priced-right and completed as soon as the weather would allow. If I have more roof or siding issue in the future, I will call All American Construction Roofing first.

After getting 3 different estimates we went with All American Construction. Todd and his crew did an awesome job replacing our roof!
