I recently purchased a 1550sf home with attached garage that was in dire need of a new roof before winter. A friend /inspector recommended Di-Mar Co. in Richmond Mi. I was pleased with an instant response from the office manager, Diana with the cost of estimate.
I did get quotes from local roofing companies as well to compare.
They were able to schedule the replacement before we even moved in. Their very professional team arrived promptly at 7am and completed the tear off and new install the same day. Once the holidays hit I went into the attic to bring down Christmas decor and found damp boxes and extreme moisture and white mold on the trusses and underside of roof sheeting. I assumed it was leaking and called Diana with my concerns and sent her pictures. Within minutes I received a return phone call.
Appointment was set for the following morning. Turns out there were absolutely no baffles in the attic and blown in insulation was covering the soffits so the attic had no air flow. Hence why we were seeing excessive nail pops in the ceilings throughout the home. We are scheduled to have the baffles installed this week and the mold issue (which is not toxic) treated. Quote we received for this process was also very reasonable. I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel this company and their crew are worth promoting as they set high standards for customer satisfaction and job very well done. Would post before and after photos but this app doesn't support it.

We loved working with Diana and her crew! No high pressure sales pitch, just great work at a fair price. The entire project was done in 2 days - a year in and we have the best looking roof on the block. Highest possible recommendation.
