Dan (the owner) was very thorough and knew his stuff !! Has eyes like a hawk and very personable. Mary gave my real estate agent the name of a radon remediation company that I will be using to install a system in my home for Precision Home Inspections !!

Mr Jones was extremely thorough when he did our home inspection. He looked at and tested literally everything, every system in the house, he was up on the roof, complete exterior inspection, everything. Very thorough outbrief with photos. He showed us things he found that weren't disqualifying but still suggested ways to remedy it. A very thorough professional. When we first shook hands he said to me, " I'm here to make sure you get a good house." Never felt as if he was their to check a block and collect a fee. I was unable to attend my inspection, but my father was able to. Dan was very polite with my father and told my dad that he was going to inspect my home just as if he was inspecting his own children’s home. My father relayed to me that Dan did a very through inspection and looked at things my father wouldn’t of even think about looking at! Greatly appreciated the in depth inspection!

I called Precision for a home inspection to purchase a home. Dan is very reliable and made the process very easy. Definitely there for me and my family. Dan is a great guy and Mary was super nice when I called for my initial appointment for home and pest inspection(got the reports that day). A day later I contacted Dan for a radon test and he went out that same day...A SATURDAY! I would definitely recommend and call again! All around great and fun guy!

These people showed very little respect for our property while inspecting it. Several plumbing access panels were opened and not closed. The access panel to the attic crawl space was not closed and insulation was left hanging out the panel and all over our son's clothes. They tracked mud and leaves through the house. Dye was splattered on one of our toilet seats. They reported an outdoor outlet as failing to reset, when the switch that controls that outlet was turned off...by them! We made sure all of the outlets controlled by switches were on before they came, yet several were turned off. They opened curtains wide open in several bedrooms and didn't put them back. They missed indoor wiring that was installed outdoors and was not to code. When we had an electrician on site to fix a different issue, the electrician caught it and fixed it. Very unprofessional and disappointing the way things were left in our home!
