My experience with this company was excellent.
Harry Mitchell and Kevin Quinn were the sales reps and did a great job explaining the process. Harry also followed through the entire process til job was completed.
There was some miscommunication about times and dates when supplies would be delivered and work crew was arriving. But after speaking with Harry and Chris Mallory they made their apologies and kept us in the loop.
The project manager Asher Hadgu was excellent. He informed us every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job.
The roofing and gutter crew did a great way. No complaints.

Harry & Kevin were professional and knowledgeable. They seem to have a quality product. I'm in the process of getting quotes and comparing the different roofing options before I make a final decision.

The TEC did an exceptional job from start to finish on my roofing project. Chris provided a very clear and thorough explanation of the roofing process and what options I had. He was personable, easy to talk and explained every option in detail without any pressure. After signing the contract, communication from Chris and project manager Blake was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Chris made an on site visit when the work was underway, and follow ups after the work was completed. The on-site project manager Blake communicated well with me regarding scheduling and process. He was on site to evaluate the existing plywood layer and make the proper repairs prior to the crew installing the shingles. The crew was focused and efficient throughout the entire process from prep to clean up. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend the TEC team with Chris, Blake and their crew to do an excellent job installing your new roof.

During the summer, I noticed a couple of my neighbors were getting their roofs redone. I reached out to TEC and the project manager, Mitch, promptly called me back and scheduled an inspection. After completing the inspection, he confirmed that there was damage from a previous hailstorm. He assisted me in contacting the insurance company and provided them with all the necessary information. The entire process was seamless and the team completed the work quickly. We are thrilled with our new roof. Mitch and the entire team were incredibly helpful and did an outstanding job!

We are so happy with how everything came out. They also took care of getting the required permits. Ryan was extremely pleasant to work with and was very patient when I asked him questions that I had concerns about.
The project was finished and all cleaned up in 2 days!

It was such a smooth process from beginning to end with TEC on replacing our roof. Working with Devon as the project manager was a great experience. He was very professional, always available for guidance and to answer any questions, and present during the project. The roofing crew was friendly, on-time, worked very hard, and left the property clean. The new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend TEC.

Great experience from start to finish. Mitch was helpful during the initial inspection, assessing the damage and walking me through the possible next steps without ever being pushy. He was present during the independent adjuster's inspection to make sure nothing was missed. The roofing crew completed the tear-down and replacement in 12 hours!!! Definitely reach out to Mitch and TEC if you think you have sustained storm damage.

From start to finish Jeremy Damiano has gone above and beyond expectations. We came into our roof project with very little knowledge and Jeremy took his time explaining and walking us thru all steps. Who would have thought choosing a color of shingle would be so difficult?!? Jeremy was patient waiting for our decision and understanding. TEC is lucky to have such a hardworking and driven employee. Our roof came out great and we are happy with our decision and will continue to use Jeremy for a reference to friends and family!!

We had TEC replace our roof due to damage from a hailstorm. They did the inspection, helped us file the insurance claim, met with the claims adjuster at our house, did all the coordination with all parties involved and made the whole process stress free for us. The day of the actual work being done was perfect. A very capable crew started about 7AM and finished about 7PM. They took excellent care of covering siding and plantings. I can't imagine this project going any better. The finished roof looks even better than we thought. Very special thanks go out to TEC employees Brad Gills and Ryan Master for their fantastic help with everything involved in this project from start to finish. The day they started, Alex and his roofing crew were amazing! They were all very pleasant and professional. I have a very large house and my roof has multiple angles and roof lines and they did a phenomenal job! I happened to be home throughout the process and was amazed at how hard and fast they worked! They showed up early in the morning and worked almost non stop until they ran out of daylight. The project was finished and all cleaned up in 2 days!

I had a very positive experience with The Exterior Company. Candidly, I was somewhat skeptical of a company I knew nothing about. However, after meeting with Jeremy Damiano I became much more comfortable. Jeremy spent whatever time necessary in making sure I knew the process/steps that would be used in installing a new roof. Any questions I had he would answer. In two days the roof was complete. The roofing installers did an exceptional job and the clean up crew was exceptional as well. I had hail and wind damage from a recent storm and Mitch from TEC inspected and informed me I could get my insurance company to replace it due to the damage. Subsequently, I found out I had a hole in my roof while doing another home project. I called Mitch and he was over within hours to tarp the roof so I didn’t have to worry about rain. (And I hadn’t even signed a contact with him yet…but I was sold!) He walked me through the process and met with my insurance adjuster to make sure it was thoroughly inspected. Amazing company and responsive project manager to work with. I even added gutters and he had them installed the next day. Icing on the cake….Mitch will even bring in your groceries while your new roof is getting put on!

We had a hail damage on our roof a few months ago. Mitch stopped by to take a look at it and did his assessment and confirmed that there was damage. I contacted my insurance company who sent a third-party to investigate. Mitch was very helpful in assisting the third-party assessor with the damage He played a key role in ensuring that the damage was properly assessed and was approved. Mitch kept me informed throughout the various phases of the project, including the final replacement when he was on site all day overseeing the work that was done by the crew The work was clean and I found no nails on my yard after the work was done. It was left spotless as if nothing had happened although it was a big job. Dealing with TEC has been hasslefree and very easy. I highly recommend TEC for all roofing replacement work.
