The crew did a great job with their work, were very friendly and cleaned up every single nail before they left. We had a water leak from the bathroom vent. Called their number in the middle of the night. Someone called back before 7 AM on Sunday morning. The Colorado manager then called at 8 AM and he had someone stop by at 8 AM and they went up on the roof and fixed everything by 8:30 AM.

Mawari is phenomenal to work with! My insurance was being complicated to work with. Mawari got my full roof approved! I was finally approved after two denied claims. She was an angel! Could not have done it without her. The roofers were amazing, Emilio and his crew were clean and very professional they finished the job in ONE DAY! Could not have asked for a better team!

After my insurance denied my claim, Mawari knocked my door and she explained the process. I was skeptical since it was already denied. At that point I didn’t have anything to lose. They came to my door, noting with humor all the no soliciting signs, and went into their spiel until I asked the guy to leave...repeatedly.

I was going to take the marketing material and the guys card...but he literally yanked it out of my hand while I was taking it.

If this is how they deal with potential customers...I can't imagine how they would deal with me when I was an actual customer. This is one of the most unpleasant interactions I've had with a door to door solicitor. The guy had me backed up so close to my front door if I turned sideways I would have hit him. Step. The. Hell. Back.

Workers showed up when they promised, got the roof done in 1 day, cleaned up everything before leaving. Gutters done a few days later in a half day. Job looks great. Thoroughly professional.

If I could leave 0 stars, I definitely would. 3 times they “assigned” a time & date with me and 3 times they stood me up and never called me to inform me that they would be unable to make it. Time and time again they “assigned” someone new to call me to come out to my home and time and time again no one ever showed.

The Precision team was great and provided me with great customer service and results! Special thanks to Anthony for helping me through the insurance process in making sure the details were covered. The work was done on time and they did a great job with clean up!

Kenny was in our neighborhood doing inspections and talked to my husband about our roof. We just had it replaced a few years ago, but he wanted to give us a free inspection just to make sure everything looked right. He was very professional and told us our roof looked great. I’m glad that this is an honest company that won’t try to charge you for unnecessary services just to make a commission. We will definitely be seeking him out for any services we may need in the future!

Kenny was in the neighborhood and asked us if we had our roof inspected me and my husband said no, we had not been up there and had not had any issues? Kenny said great let me go up there and take a good look and evaluate the shingles and the roof for any potential issues. We thought great here we go we are going to have a list. NO LIST he came down and said our roof had no potential issue, other than our gutters needed to be cleaned out, very nice honest gentlemen, I will definitely call back.

It's unfortunate that Google only has a 5-star max review. With how difficult it was to work with my insurance, I am forever thankful that Liz Sanchez was there to help. Liz communicated very well and made sure to explain everything in great detail, from the claims process to choosing the correct materials. It was a beginning to end process without hassles. A nice young man named Ryan knocked on my door and explained to me how I could use my insurance to repair the roof of my house. He was very professional and they came back to inspect the roof very quickly. I now have a brand new, leak proof roof on my house without taking a lot of money out of my pocket. I am so glad I answered the door!

Where do I start? Steve was absolutely incredible! A real live roof whisperer as it relates to insurance companies:) I struggled with my insurance companies for over four-years trying to get a damaged roof approved for repairs. After five inspectors and three different insurance companies, Steve was finally able to work with the insurance company and get the roof replaced and the gutters too. His communication was excellent, and he was always timely and upfront about cost and repairs needed. When the crew arrived to install the roof, they were timely and extremely professional. The cleanup was impeccable, and no detail was overlooked. They even took the time to wipe down the fence and vinyl pickets, so the yard was spotless when they left. I would highly recommend these guys and especially if you’re struggling with your insurance company to get your damaged roof replaced.

We started out very impressed with the professionalism they demonstrated on repairing my dad's roof . However, once the contract was signed we waited and waited and waited for the repair to start. After contacting them several times to see when the start date would be, I was notified that they were cancelling my contract. We were waiting around for over 2 months and could have found someone else in the meantime. Very disappointed.

My roof needed repairs so I reached out to Precision. So glad I did, Steve came out to check out the damage. He was able to identify hail damage and worked diligently with me and my insurance to replace my roof. Great customer service and I’m so happy with my new roof.

I called miguel after he repaired my neighbors siding. I suspected i had damage like my neighbor and i was right. I told him my insurance company and he handled the rest. Hopefully won't need anytime soon but would use again.
