After our neighbors tree fell on our house during a storm, we dealt with a small nightmare working with insurance adjusters and a contractor that delayed our roof and gutter repair/replacement almost 8 months. We finally, and thankfully, decided to seek help elsewhere.
Robert Scates and Precision Elite to the rescue!
Robert came out, looked at all the damage and had me a quote in less than a week. He was very knowledgeable on what would look and work best for us and our home. He was communicative about scheduling, the whole process, and made sure the job was completed correctly.
The crew was very respectful of our property, careful not to hurt any of our landscaping and meticulous about cleaning up after.
Our experience was 10/10. My only wish was that I had contacted them sooner!
Precision Elite replaced my roof and installed venting as it was discovered poor ventilation in the attic was causing issues with the roof. I am very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone. They showed up early and the job was done by that afternoon. I worked with Robert Scates and he is great! Outstanding Service by Triston Fitzpatrick at Precision Elite Roofing
We had a small section of shingle damage on our roof and were simply looking to have that area repaired. Unfortunately, many in the roofing industry either didn’t respond or tried to push us into a full roof replacement—something we’re not ready to do at this time.
Thankfully, Triston Fitzpatrick responded to a post I made in a local community Facebook group. He was professional, courteous, and responsive from the start. We quickly arranged a time for him to come out and make the repair using shingles I already had on hand.
Triston did an excellent job—quick, clean, and the repair looks fantastic. The new shingles blended in surprisingly well with the existing roof. He even took the time to walk the rest of the roof and inspect its overall condition, which we greatly appreciated.
When the time comes for a full roof replacement, there’s no question—we’ll be calling Triston and Precision Elite Roofing. Highly recommended!
