I had a 14' x 35' deck built late summer of 2023. I sourced the composite deck material and other materials but knew I lacked some of the skill sets and knowledge to build this structure by myself. The deck was also to support a 3,000 lb hot tub when filled.
The support, suggestions, and experience that the crew handled this project was excellent. I have no regrets on choosing this builder.

I can't believe this is our new house - stunning. Tom and the team at Precision Builders went about the project as if it was their home. The attention to detail, the compassion for us as people, the flexibility to adapt on the fly and the "customer-centric" engagement...it all lends itself to a wonderfully run business. After a fire took out our historic 1800's home, Tom, Steve, Kenny, David and Rich were immediately engaged. After the initial framing, there was no rushing around to finish and "on to the next one". They meticulously put our house back together with an eye for the historic element of the home. They are true masters of their trade who love what they do - and that's hard to come by in todays world of pop-out construction. My family is forever grateful to Tom and Precision and would hire them again without hesitating.

What a great experience from start to finish. Tom kept the process uncomplicated and his attention to detail was apparent throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Precision Builders.
