I contacted Otterbach Painters and Pressure Washing with a very specific problem on my roof (where raccoons were trying to get in) and also to soft wash my decks. He carefully assessed my problem and successfully fixed it. We are very happy with the results.

I reached out to Joel to soft wash our siding that has algae growing on it. He was super quick to come by, give a quote and then had the job done in a few days. The siding looks brand new and the price was right on point. Definitely recommend Otterbach and Joel for any of your pressure washing/cleaning needs.

I had Joel come by and look at the sidewalk to see what magic he could work. He recommended a two step cleaning process using a pretreatment to break down the organic growth and then pressure washing. I can’t believe the difference it made. The communication and quality of work was excellent. Don’t hesitate to use Joel for any of your needs.

The owner was so great! Worked very hard to ensure all stains were removed and now my walk way and pavers look like new! I had rust stains I thought would never go away and now they are gone. I am really happy with the work done and would highly recommend !!!

The tech who came out was extremely knowledgeable. I had my vinyl siding done as well as my deck. I am extremely pleased with the results. Will definitely include Longridge in my yearly home maintenance moving forward.
