I recently hired Powerful Improvements to powerwash my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied! They did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my house, leaving it looking brand new. The team was punctual, arriving right on time, and maintained great communication throughout the process. Professional, efficient, and thorough — highly recommend for any power washing needs! Contacted Joe via email after another company scheduled a date to come out. Joe called me the same day, I provided a few pics from different angles and he gave us a quote on both properties, each 4500 sq ft, the same day, scheduled a date to do both and did it. Both buildings haven’t looked this nice in some time. Highly recommended, reliable and very professional. We will be contacting him again in the spring.

Powerful Improvements was here early and even though it was windy and cold they got all the junk off the gutters and cleaned off. He and his daughter are the best and not expensive! I would recommend them to everyone and we always use them.

Joe provided an excellent roof cleaning service. He sprayed the roof moss then made sure the runoff was rinsed off the house siding and windows. He was prompt and did the work he said he was going to do for the quote. Highly recommend for your roof moss cleaning needs.

Joe completed two projects at our newly purchased home in summer 2024. He does a great job and is very easy to work with. He communicates well and is timely and efficient. Highly recommended.

The HOA of Brooklyn Commons contracted with Powerful Improvements, for the cleaning of our 29 units (15 buildings). Joe and his crew did a SUPER job cleaning siding, decks, patios, gutter faces, railings. The whole process, from quote to invoicing, was timely and smooth.

I received a text the evening before giving the arrival time. On time. Treatment time was fast, probably less than 30 minutes although I didn’t really time it. Before they left the moss/lichen growth had turned white and a couple of hours later it was brown and falling off the roof. A couple of rain storms should take care of the rest.
There was a lingering odor of bleach much like a swimming pool but that had gone by the next morning.
All in all I’m very pleased. Friendly people and good service.

Joe was on time, confirmed appointment, and his price was less than a competitor. He took his time, cleaned all of our vinyl railings and trim. Now our home looks good as new. Joe and his crew did a great job. Don’t compare this group to other pressure washing companies. These guys use a safe cleaning solution and then rinse off. I had some difficult spots to get to and they took care of it. I might add, I wasn’t able to be home and still everything went smoothly. Turnkey operation.
