My experience with Potter was amazing. We had a rather unfortunate situation on our hands with our first home purchase and we had no choice but to act quick. When the situation was explained to Derrick. He made sure I had a tarp for my roof asap. He was there the next morning and braved the rain from tropical depression Debbie. To make sure I had coverage until we can get the roof fixed. This was highly appreciated and allowed my fiancé and I to rest a little easier. The job was clean and done timely. I totally recommend Potter to anyone!

I hired Potter Roofing and Exteriors to replace my Roof, Siding, Shutters And Exterior doors. I cannot say enough good things about this company! One of the hardest parts of home ownership is finding the right company to repair or complete projects when needed. When my roof was compromised and needed a full replacement, I began the search for a company to do the job. My search ended when I spoke with Potter Roofing & Exteriors because I realized Mark knew what he was talking about and that this family owned business could best meet my needs. During the installation Derek, Mark’s son saw that several sheets of plywood would have to be replaced and there was an old fan on the roof we decided to remove. Derek knew just what to do and today, I have a roof that is not only beautiful but functions as a protection from the elements. I recommend Potter Roofing because their pricing and quality of installation sets them apart from any other company.

Potter Roofing did my roof replacement and did a fantastic job. They gave me the best price and the best service. They also adjusted my existing gutters and this helped with the drainage problem we had with them. The entire crew was very professional and when the job was completed, they made sure that our yard was clean and free of any nails or debris. I have recommended them to others and they were as happy as I am.

These guys exceed our expectations every time. We have called them back several times because the quality of their work is unmatched. Not only do we love using them, but our friends and family do as well. They have done tons of work for us including roofing on our house, gazebo, and swing set. They have also put in several windows and doors at our house (which we are blown away by). Not only do they complete the work, but they clean up their job site as well. I emailed Mark Potter and clearly I went with them instead. Thank you Mark Potter construction for your help with my Flashing on my Chimney and proper coverage on my PVC piping on my roof :)

Family run company- I was able to speak with Derek, Mark's son, about replacement of a garage roof and potentially basement windows. I was out of the country on business and Derek was happy and quick to communicate by email. Derek provided a detailed quote next day. The initial price was beyond what I could spend at that time, but Derek and I discussed other pricing options which were within my budget and we were still able to have both the garage roof repaired and windows installed in the basement. Derek even custom fit a vent for the dryer to fit into the window. Very happy with the quality of the work done on both the garage and the windows at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and call again for any other work in the future.

Promptly responded to a call for service after having the most recent rain/wind storm. Pleasent family run business that understand how to offer quality service while remaining financially understanding.
