After the "bomb cyclone" snowstorm, my little parking area behind my apartment was a disaster. After attempting to shovel it myself, I realized that was definitely NOT the best approach. My landlady referred me to Wes & team at Portsmouth Snow Removal. West was super responsive, and came out immediately the next morning (a Sunday!) to clear the area. I so appreciate how meticulously the job was done, and the friendliness as well. Will definitely give them a call again as needed!

Portsmouth Snow Removal plows the driveways in my shared neighborhood and does a phenomenal job - professional, prompt and precise. But I'm a disabled veteran who can't lift a shovel so they provide the additional services of shoveling my doorways, back deck to keep snow from melting in through the French doors and even clearing around my car. Tonight they were out there in the sub zero temperatures yet were still pleasant and polite. Best company I've ever dealt with! Thanks guys!!!

aka Charles Cocchiaro. I have been using snow plow guys for years. I have a skinny dirt and grass driveway. Lots of people have either refused to do my driveway or dug it up very badly. Prices were found to be "flexible". By luck, I found Portsmouth Snow Removal. Wonderful work! Always smooth and easy to get in and out. I am really happy with them! I recommend them highly.

I wish all businesses were as professional, responsive, and friendly as Portsmouth Snow Removal. I live in Texas, but my elderly father still resides in Portsmouth, in the home that I was raised. I was in need of a Company that could plow his driveway, and more importantly, shovel his walkway. I reached out to Portsmouth Snow Removal, and from that initial contact, they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my father and I. Even with the added difficulty of having to deal with me from halfway across the Country, they immediately respond to my e-mails, and with a can-do attitude. Portsmouth just got their first snow storm last weekend. My father told me when he looked outside and saw that the driveway was plowed, and the walkway was shoveled, sanded, and salted, he couldn't contain his smile. Thank you Portsmouth Snow Removal!!

We needed driveway ploughing and snow removal done quickly after the latest storm. PSR responded via txt message, quoted a very fair price, and had a driver take care of our driveway within two hours. Fantastic company, great customer service. Use them.

Had an amazing experience with these guys! Called them last minute the night before the biggest snow storm of the year frantic to find someone for the next day. My roommates brother normally plows for us so we had no idea who to call or how much plowing actually costs. Wes was super easy to work with and even came over late the night before to meet me and check out the driveway. We put out cones out where we wanted them to plow and he directed me on the best place to put my car. He let me know who would be coming to plow my driveway the next day and exactly how much it would cost. He could obviously tell I had not a clue about the cost of plowing and cut me a killer deal.

The next day they came and did a great job on our driveway and Wes even texted to check in to make sure someone had came and plowed where we asked. The next week he texted me asking me how I'd like to pay and gave me multiply options, one being paypal.

Everything about these guys was great not to mention they are easily the best looking plow crew around. But that's just a bonus.

I would highly recommend this company. I called Russ about removing snow from my step sons home and within 1hour the snow was removed and he sent me a picture to confirm. We began using PSR over the winter of 2015-16 while we were out of town. We have a tiny property with little space for snow removal - they met with us in advance and discussed our needs and challenges, reassuring us that our property would be managed appropriately. They did a great job, as we returned from our travels to find no problems and no complaints from the neighboring properties! We look forward to continuing to use PSR - nice people, and very responsive.

I have used Portsmouth Snow Removal during the last three winters and I have been more than satisfied. PSR has provided a reliable service at a very competitive cost. During the 2014-15 winter, when we had a number of extraordinary heavy snow-falls, there was over four feet of snow accumulation on my roof and almost six feet on my second floor balcony. The guys from PSR was extremely careful when removing the snow from the balcony and surrounding roof areas, which was necessitated by the fact that my roof has a "metal tile" covering, whose lacquered surface easily can get scratched. Since I normally spend part of the winter months in Europe it's very important to me that I can really rely on my snow removal service. In summary, I can warmly recommend Portsmouth Snow Removal to anyone in need of a cost effective and reliable snow removal service.
