I recently had the pleasure of working with Portland Roofing Northwest, and I can’t speak highly enough of their exceptional service. Per the report, Derek McCracken is the owner of this Roofing Company Scam. He dumped a load of garbage and roofing trash onto a neighbor’s driveway. It has cost that neighbor over $2500 so far to rid their driveway of this mess. According to the report, Derek has no valid CCB number (I have not personally confirmed that), and he refuses to clean this mess he dropped in the driveway.

I am not the property owner, just a neighbor. I’m aghast at Derek’s blatant lack of social compatibility and his antisocial behavior. I saw a report on it is how I learned these details.

We have had a terrible experience with this company. Once they had our down payment of half the cost of the roof getting any kind of communication or response from them was impossible. The sale of our house was delayed because we couldn't get them out to do the roof in a timely manner, and we were even unable to give updates because despite calling multiple times a day, leaving several voice mails on different phone numbers, and emailing the company, we received NO communication. This is a terrible company to work with, and if you are on any kind of a deadline I would not recommend them.
