Ryan showed up on time and went straight to work. Very happy with the gutter clean out, whitening, and the window cleaning.

We had Ryan from Greenleaf clean our gutters, blow off the roof and do a soft wash to remove the moss buildup we had. Our roof had been neglected for a couple of years and with our house surrounded by trees it was sorely in need of care. Ryan provided that in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at a very fair price. I would whole heartily recommend Ryan and Greenleaf!

Originally we hired Greenleaf roof and gutter to wash our windows and clean our gutters, but because my house is very old and didn’t have anchors on the roof that was not able to be done. Ryan washed our main level windows and didn’t charge us. He was very kind and professional even though he didn’t get the commission he had driven out to our house for. Would recommend!

Showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Blew off the roof, cleaned out and rinsed out the gutters, and applied baking soda on the ridge lines to kill residual moss. This was all done by one man and took 1.5 hrs. from start to finish. Roof looks great. My only concern is did I pay too much or this service. I know they charge by the square foot, but $430. or $280. an hr. seems excessive to me. I'm probably wrong about the cost, but happy with the outcome.

Ryan responded quickly to my inquiry about cleaning gutters and removing roof debris, with an estimate that was much lower than another quote I had gotten. He was also able to find a time slot for me which was much sooner than the other company. Finally, I am very happy with the job he did, and I'm having him quote on some more work I need.

What a great experience with Ryan. Answered the phone on my first call, had me take a photo of the small roof (playhouse) I needed cleaned and set up our 1 hour appointment. He was on time, took him an hour like he said it would and the roof looks fantastic!!

The project involved my sister's roof. Since I live in another place, I depended on texting with Ryan. He was excellent with staying in touch. He arrived on time, removed roof debris as best he could, took it away and, most importantly, alerted me to the overall condition of the roof (not good). He gave me the name of the best roofer in the area. He wasn't able to treat the roof for moss and mold because of its condition, so reduced his price accordingly. Although we didn't have a chance to meet, you can't do better than this company for work, communication, ethics, honesty and human niceness.

I plan to use Green Leaf Roof and Gutter cleaning every year to clean my gutters. Ryan is an honest businessman with prices that make it affordable to regularly clear my gutters . In addition to cleaning gutters and roofs, he cleans windows. I plan to hire him next spring to do my windows. I also want to mention that it was easy to contact and schedule my job with Green Leaf.

Best price out of three bids, prompt reply to inquiries. Arrived on time, got right to work and did a great job of cleaning off our roof and cleaning out the gutters. Clean up of the yard and patio after roof was very good. We will call again when the roof needs it.

My windows are not easy to clean. We have big pictures windows facing west that show every little streak and an indoor atrium with skylights. Ryan made everything absolutely pristine. He takes his time to do a great job.
