The guy that runs this place is called flip. When you are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a used vehicle, it is essential that you can trust who you are buying it from. DO NOT trust this guy flip. I gave this guy about 75% of his asking price in a check, the rest was in trade of course at trade value. I gave him my car and took the one he was selling. It was shortly before Christmas. We tried to get it registered before we left. Flip, however didn't want to give up the title because he hadn't yet recieved the title from the bank for my trade. I can respect that. To a point. Fast forward, we are now 19 hours away in southern Texas for the holidays my in transits are about to expire and I need the title to legally drive. So I have someone waiting to get the title and register the vehicle for us as soon as it is released. Ol flip knows that the trade title has been released and is in the mail from the bank. He has the property, the money and the signatures. He knows that the intransits are about to expire leaving the guy who just trusted him in very bad kind of way. What does he have to say about it? "That's your problem not mine." Go to Platte Valley in Kearney. Ask for Travis. You can trust them and they do all the title and loan stuff for you so you dont have to worry about it. The vehicle. I love it! It wasn't worth dealing with this guy though.
Our truck lost the water pump going through Minden on a Sunday so left it there at Pony Express Ford in Minden and called them first thing Monday morning. Jessica in service told me she wasn’t sure when but they’d get it in and looked at in the next couple days. By noon that day she called with diagnosis and a price. By noon Tuesday it was done and she also had to deal with extended warranty company. I can’t say enough good about Jessica and this dealership. Really impressed!
