If customer service is important to you then make sure you stop by Pony Express. Rick was so incredibly helpful with my tires. I had an emergency and he made the time to quickly take care of me. I was back on the road quickly.

We were traveling back from Wyoming to Michigan and our alternator went out. We dropped our traverse off at the nearest dealership, which was Pony Express on a Sunday night. We grabbed a hotel right behind the dealership. They got us in first thing Monday morning and we were on the road again by Monday early afternoon. Thank you, thank you to the service team who got us going again. You are so appreciated!!

The service department did a great job scheduling my vehicle. The oil change and tire rotation was wonderful and the best was to wash and vacuum They did a superb job.

Above and beyond is what Pony Express does all the way around. I ruined a tire on the interstate and their service manager came out himself to put a new tire on and get me back to Gothenburg and remounted a new tire and was back on the road!

My vehicle was at this dealership for 7 weeks waiting on a back ordered part. I was given a loaner car for the entire time. I really appreciated that as some dealers don't offer that at all.
Staff are friendly and courteous plus the place is modern and clean.

Let me start off by saying the level of customer service was absolutely the best I have ever experienced at any dealership/ service center! Leonard Purdy was the mechanic who was tasked with diagnosing and fixing my cars problem. This guy is one in a million! He went out of his way to explain the situation to me and quickly get me back on the road. We were traveling home to California from Omaha when the transmission on our Yukon decided to have some issues. Leonard took on the problem and quickly resolved it. I just want to thank Leonard and his coworkers for helping us in our time of need.

Other chevy service centers need to step their game up and learn from Leonard and his team on what phenomenal customer service looks like!

Tanner was great! 5 stars for this young man... unfortunately he was out of town after making the sale and finance guy Kyle (-1 stars) had to finalize our paperwork. Kyle was all Gung Ho a few weeks ago talking about low interest rates, but could not produce a better offer than what we got from our bank this week. Kyle could not answer basic questions about 365/365 US simple interest programs saying he "didn't write the loan so I can't help you". My girlfriend offered to show him her insurance paperwork during document signing, as she was confused about what he needed to see or not. He told us "I already have the check so I don't care if you crash it on the way home".

Bought a used Impala from them, working well so far, except for a stuck vent valve from the gas tank. Got charged >$230 for the repair. They emailed me a satisfaction form for the repair and I sheepishly mentioned that I just bought the car. So, they called to say I could get my money back! My Dad always gets his cars here, and I had already bought one before, too. I guess I'll keep coming back!!

On a road trip through NE and stopped here in a clinch. Rick helped us out and we had a great experience! The front desk service redhead guy with nice shoes was also helpful and nice. Complimentary water and hand lotion in the bathroom…what else could you ask for in a Chevrolet? (P.S. We have a Ford and they still helped out)

Pony Express staff was very organized and timely with my service. Very professional. They also provided a loaner car as a convenience to me.

The dealership met expectations; however, we noticed a leaking rear differential seal and parts were not available to repair. I would have just preferred that to be fixed while it was on the lift.

I just randomly stoped in to see if a service was possible and they worked me in and delivered my pickup back to me after it was done.

I unfortunately broke down a month ago and luckily got towed here. Travis in the service dept was very helpful in a quick assessment of the car and let me keep it there through my insurance nightmare. Unfortunately the cars engine failed and it being a holiday weekend a rental was outrageously expensive so luckily Jory worked so fast to help me into my new Buick which i love and out of that nightmare. I can't thank pony express enough for everything they did for me. My experience was so amazing I'd happily drive the 14 hours back to them for my next car, hopefully in a few years at least.

If they are suppose to vacuum the floor, they didn't vacuum along the floor mats. This visit the floor of my car was vacuumed nicely.

My engine froze up when it was -35 wind chill in the middle of the night. The town was so kind to get me and my family to the Comfort Inn and the next day Pony Express Chevrolet was kind, patient and help me and my family back on the road to Colorado. They were my lifesaver! Thank you to all of the staff that worked on my car and the staff that picked me up.
