Pontrich flooring came to Leitchfield Kentucky to install new flooring at our Lake house throughout the home. They did an absolute incredible job. The employees were extremely courteous and respectful. Then installers ask many questions that help the install become perfect. When the job was complete, the installing team cleaned up all their mess, took away all the debris and made sure we were happy before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants residential or commercial flooring.

They did an awesome job they were on time. They were very professional and they got to work done and a very quick amount of time. It only took them two days to do four rooms considering they had to readjust the flooring because it wasn’t level from where it had been previously done before we moved in the house, but It is all correct now. And the price was very affordable compared to other quotes that we have been given in the past and the flooring looks beautiful. I will definitely definitely use these guys when it comes time to do my kitchen and living room and hallway!

My husband and I have used Lowe's in the past for flooring installations and have been less than thrilled with the experience. Never again! We found Pontrich using Google in the Lowe's parking lot, drove there on a Saturday afternoon and had our carpet installed 10 days later! The sales staff was very patient with me! I was unsure what I wanted. After a few Q&A they show, and showed, and showed and, well you get the picture, and I got the perfect product. I felt their prices were very fairly priced and they were true to thier word about delivery. Kara annd Austin were amazing installers. They were kind and courteous, plus being very adapt at their craft. My floors look beautiful and I can't say enough things about my Pontrich exparience from beginning to end.

I loved working with Pontrich Floor Covering. I was nervous due to having the floors throughout the entire house done at once, however, they were completed within the three days that I needed. Jessica was wonderful to work with on getting the measurements, payment and ordering everything that was needed. Austin, Kara and Kevin came out and laid the Southwind XRP vinyl plank floors and those three were fantastic as well. They were very efficient, friendly, helpful and extremely detailed. The floors look beautiful and quarter round/transitions are spot on. I may live in Louisville but when it comes to flooring, Pontrich will always have my business in Shelbyville. Thank you for helping create the home that I will be proud of for years to come!

We have purchased from Pontrich Floor Covering several times since moving to Shelbyville. Every experience has been great. This was the first time we had the floors installed (my wife always did DIY). Phil sent their installer, Wes from 2nd 2 None Flooring, LLC who was absolutely fantastic and very attentive to detail. The floors were fantastic, Price was unbeatable and my wife is very happy...and really, isn't that what its all about?!
