Val arrived prepared and even went into the attic. He found the most likely cause and repaired it on the spot. Five stars!

We had a leak in our roof polo contractors came by the same day and fixed the roof.
Polo contractors were extremely quick, professional, right on the money and most important they really cared!

Val was timely and very thorough. He walked me through the issue I was having and corrected it in a way that made it easy for me to see and understand, as well as gave me confidence that the issue was resolved. Will definitely use him in the future if needed.

I learned of Polo Contractors through one of my neighbors that used their services. Our house is currently under contract to be sold and there were a few items of repair that the buyer wanted us to take care of and time was of the essence. I called Val at Polo Contractors and he came out the next day to review and give me an estimate for the work to be completed. There was a forecast for rain for the remainder of the week so Val said they would start first thing the following week. Val and Nicholas showed up the next week and Nicholas began replacement and repair work for several items (wood replacements/ soft wood repair spots). Nicholas finished up most items that day and came back to check on the work after a couple of days. All work was completed in a professional, quality manner. Val and Nicholas are very trustworthy and I would definitely contact them again for future projects.

Finding a good builder/ contractor is not an easy task at this post Covid time in Florida . We needed to have our old screen room tear down and build a sunroom . We found Val Tikhonov , Polo Build through a strong recommendation of a Watson property manager . Val was very responsive . He and his partner came promptly to meet with us . They listened to our ideas , studied the site , gave recommendations to complement our vision of the finished project . They gave us a thorough written proposal and time period of completion. The price is comparable to other estimates we had with some other contractors. However, other contractors did not response in a timely manner nor showing as much enthusiasm nor professional efforts .
Throughout the process , Val came by frequently to assess the progresses , gave valuable recommendations of changes to adjust the work as any building projects would need . His worker are professional and conscientious . We especially so impressed with Nicholas , the main carpenter who was so professional and such an expert in his performances The finished room is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. We are so pleased .
Val even finished some other small
tasks needed around the house with minimal extra cost . The total cost is as per the proposal . It took a bit more time than planned but mostly because of our schedules .
It is a pleasure to work with such a trustworthy professional contractor who is also flexible and responsive . His great personality, friendliness and care is certainly a real PLUS !

It was very hard to get someone to come out and fix our lanai roof. Most companies would only come out if I wanted to replace the main roof of my home as well that’s only 9 years old. Polo came out got me a quote I agreed with and started work within a couple days. The roof doesn’t leak anymore and all my soffit repairs were done as well, he even worked around the other contractors that were doing our floor in lanai. Strongly recommend this company
