I can say I just had one of the worse experiences with Polaris ATV 2021 Sportsman 450 and the customer care. I received a Important STOP Ride email and letter because the ATV had a dangerous malfunction that posed fire and serious injury Nov 7 2022 and did not get notification they had a process to fix the issue until mid Dec 2022 I called and said do we get some sort of good Will reimbursement? Now we can’t use our ATV and now have to drive an hour and half to dealership to have fixed which the dealership just completed it’s Jan 4th. I was told to call back when completed to good will reimbursement, now today called the person said sorry no good will reimbursement, no discounts on accessories not anything period they don’t have anything for anyone that was inconvenience for this major recall. Not ever buying a Polaris product if that is how they feel us consumers shouldn’t have any recourse on their mistakes.
Very nice shippers and receiver's here. Large yard to drop trailer's. Lots of room to back in docks. No sleeping on grounds gate gets locked after hours.
