I HIGHLY recommend James King. They handled unexpected issues very well and communicated clearly with both the PM Company and me (Management Company). Joe Behrens was the Superintendent for the project and I cannot say enough good things about him. The workers were dedicated and prompt and Joe was on top of the project making sure if any issues arised, he notified me immediately. They were so great in fact, that I am seeking bids for another roof replacement at another property I manage.
