We had a very big problem concerning dozens of leaks within our garage basement. James King roofing replaced the entire waterproof membrane. In result of this, we now have a completely dry garage and with 100% of our parking spots back in commission. For this big of a project, we were very impressed with their service and communication throughout this project. Amazing vendor. We had unite leak that no one can find it. Old vendor come out 12 times and we got charged 12 times as leak was still there. James King company come and found the leak , fix it and did not bill us at all.

Working in property management, this is one of the best contractors I have had the chance to work with. They are always professional, honest, & do great work. They are worth the price for the quality they bring and I highly recommend them for any commercial needs.

I observed one of their trucks speeding and cut off a school bus with a lane change. I called the company and the lady who answered was absolutely not going to listen to someone angry about their driver's behavior. DO NOT hire this company for both their safety record and customer service should not be trusted. There are many other companies that do thus same business. Hire someone else.

the roof was leaking at my building, they came out and made it stop. I dont ask too many questions but it was a painless process.

Friday June 5th 2020 around 6:30 am This roofing company's driver was northbound on I-5 then to 525 Northwestbound towards Mukilteo Speedway, they tried to ram people off the road by tailgating others within inches of other vehicles, your company driver will injure and kill others, why would you hire someone that wants to injury, paralyze, harm others?

The most professional company that I have had the pleasure of working with. They are a very professional team with great follow-up. If you are looking for a quality roofer choose James King Roofing, you will not be disappointed.
