We hired Jason for what we initially thought were going to be 4 simple projects. Three of them ended up being exactly what we thought they would be. The fourth on the other hand, what should have been the simplest project, replacing a failed diverter valve in the master bathroom, ended up being the most complex because upon investigation, it revealed that the entire plumbing system in the house was quite literally being held together by rust, which in turn required a total overhaul of the bathroom.
And boy did Jason deliver. The bathroom, and its new plumbing system are marvelous. As is the other general contracting work he did for us, where the removal of two closets and the building of a different closet made two rooms that were practically unusable into magnificent rooms that now hold a small home office and a secondary bedroom. He was also able to easily transfer an etched glass door to a more prominent spot of the house where it actually serves a purpose and the artistry of it is a lot more visible.
Throughout the entire process there were no surprises, not beyond the initial “Oh the entire plumbing needs to be fixed” because Jason was in contact with us every single step of the way. The minute he found something slightly unexpected, he reached out to us with often times with multiples solutions to the challenge at hand with pros and cons of each. We came to rely on his promptness, punctuality, professionalism and marvelous work ethic. If and when we need further contracting services done, Jason will definitely be the first person we call.
Jason came out to do give us an estimate on some plumbing repairs and discovered a major crack in our sewer pipe -- like a "stop using your toilet immediately" kind of crack. He dropped everything and did the emergency repair for a VERY reasonable price, along with the other plumbing work we had him over for originally. We are planning on having him back to do some carpentry as well. I highly recommend working with PNW Paragon!
Rehired Jason for additional flooring work, he was wonderful as usual. Also had him install a ceiling fan and some shelves. His work is always excellent.
