Iker was professional, explained everything clearly, and completed attic maintenance without any issues. They performed attic insulation repair and did a full insulation removal efficiently. We are so glad that we called PNE Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, MA for our attic needs. Paul was very thorough, he provided us with a detailed attic inspection and recommended attic maintenance and insulation removal. Paul found damage that required attic insulation repair and serviced the attic areas in airflow improvement. Paul also assisted us by doing a complete attic restoration making our house more energy-efficient and safe. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the whole process stress-free. I will definitely call PNE Company again for future attic needs!

I was very happy with the attic cleaning service I received from PNE Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, MA. Drake was polite, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. He did an attic inspection, did some removal of mold which was dangerous in large quantities, and also did an attic repair for the warped boards. The whole staff was professional and efficient. I would definitely call them again for any attic services. I am very satisfied and grateful for their services.

I attempted to use this business for a simple job. What an experience!

First, after initial contact, which took a day after leaving a message, I explained what I needed. I also explained that I am disabled. I explained the best times and days that work and that I need a couple days notice. Then I heard nothing. Crickets... For days...

Until this morning. I got up around 945am, which I understand is late for some. There was a message from 830am saying someone would be by 10-1030 that day. I immediately called the company, left a message stating this was not doable and unacceptable. That I needed more notice.

A short time later, about 1015, a "field tech" called me to say he wanted a pic of the thermostat we needed work on. When I tried to explain to him that today would not work, he talked louder over me. Then when I stated that I needed more heads up, he just got nasty.

It ended with him yelling at me that he was on vacation last week. He said something to the effect of, "Well you are all set then aren't you." Then he hung up on me before I could even respond.

I did call the company back and told them they lost a customer today.
