Eric was great to work with. He responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate, was present when my insurance adjuster inspected the roof, and scheduled me for the replacement within two weeks of my insurance company approving the work.
The roofing crew arrived before 7:00 am and quietly began removing my old shingles. I left for the office but received frequent texts from Eric, showing the progress being made throughout the process, and they were finished by 4:00 that afternoon, with no debris left behind. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the delay in payment finalization. After the roof was replaced, responses to texts were not as prompt as beforehand, and it took two months for all payments to be processed. For most, this would benefit the customer but I had my reasons for needing this process to happen quickly.
Overall, I do recommend PMR Roofing.

My experience with PMR Roofing was, in a word, outstanding. My project manager was Eric Sutton. His knowledge, experience, work ethic and integrity far exceeded my expectations every step of the way. My home in the Mid-Cities incurred extensive roof, gutter and chimney damage during a series of hailstorms beginning on Memorial Day 2024. Eric treated me like family from the very first phone call and through every step along the way. Not only did he provide a high-quality team of experienced, professional roofers, gutter installers and brick mason he also proved to be an invaluable asset while navigating the exceedingly painful insurance claim process. If it weren’t for his efforts, I would still be waiting for my claim to be completed. Instead, I can relax going into the winter season with a beautiful new impact-resistant roof, an improved gutter system with leaf-guards, and a solidly repaired, water-proofed chimney that is in better shape now than when it was first built. And now that the work is finished, I have the peace of mind knowing they are still standing behind me when the next storm comes rumbling through. I recommend Eric Sutton and PMR Roofing, bar none, for any roofing work you may need.

A few years ago Eric Sutton installed a roof for me that was fairly priced and has performed extraordinarily well. On May 28th, I was awakened before 6:00 AM by sirens sounding in the Park Cities as a tornado warning was in effect. As I wondered through my house, I noticed a square item blowing down from my roof area. I thought it was just debris from the storm; but, I decided to investigate and to my surprise I saw that it was the entire exterior hull of a sky light to my home which had been installed 25 years ago. At the same time, I heard my wife shouting that it was pouring rain inside the house. Sure enough, with the exterior hull missing, our skylight was leaking like a sieve. After moving furniture to get out of the direct line of fire, I texted Eric. Surprisingly, he immediately responded and said he would be by as soon as possible. The rain had temporarily stopped and I had buckets and pots to collect the leak, so we agreed that he would deal with more serious problems and try to get by as soon as possible. Even with all of the major roofing issues going on throughout the metroplex, Eric and his team arrived by 3:00 or so. They quickly surmised that my skylight was a custom fit and they would not have one in stock. He determined that he could replace it by Friday which was a relief for me as I was leaving the country on Saturday. However, in order to prevent any leaks in the intervening time, he had a solution! Duct tape… or some fancier version of it. As I watched his guys patiently taped the outer hull which was broken and cracked back to the skylight and then placed the entire structure back in place. While we no longer had light, we were water tight which was important because we got more rain that night and the next day. And sure enough, on Friday, they had the replacement skylight and put it in place. Once again, it was at a very price when I would have paid whatever it took to stop these leaks and get back to my original condition. Actually, this was an upgraded skylight which looked the same. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Eric and his PMR team in terms of responsiveness, quality and fairness. I have referred at least two of my friends to Eric and his team..They are men of integrity!

Jordan and his crew were professional from start to finish. He came out the very next day and I could immediately tell he knew the ropes(which was good, considering I was pretty clueless). He helped me set up my claim and his crew was respectful and efficient. PMR is a true gem

Replacing a roof can potentially be a very frustrating process because of the scope of the work, the coordination with insurance adjusters, and the fear of being taken advantage of. Working with PMR over the last few months has been one of the most efficient and trustworthy experiences I’ve ever had as a homeowner. They have been incredibly professional but also very personal throughout the journey.

I have had the pleasure of working with Eric Sutton for several years now. Recently I experienced an unfortunate roof leak from wind driven rain at my house. After working with the insurance company for some time we were able to get enough to put on a new upgraded shingle. Eric walked through every step as to why they did exactly what they did. Video after video was sent to me. I couldn't of felt better about my decision in going with PMR roofing. It's not work you love what you do and Eric loves what he does. Eric is one of the best in the business there is no question and PMR is lucky to have him!

George with PMR handled all aspects of my hail damaged roof. From checking for damage to meeting with my insurance adjuster last minute and hand holding me through handling the claim. The job was done in two days and that’s with 48hrs notice! The sale of my house was contingent upon getting a new roof and PMR did it with a week to spare. Paragon came and fixed a couple leaks in our roof that other roofers could not seem to fix. Very prompt and friendly. If you have a roof in need of repairs I highly recommend them.

Just had our roof replaced. They arrived when they said they would be here and worked diligently. They were careful when taking off the old roof and protected our shrubs and grass during the process. They kept me informed and when they finished the roof, they cleaned up the yard so well that it didn’t look like they were ever here. Highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service and work quality! Jordan helped through each stage of the claim process and worked with the roof inspector and adjuster to get our claim approved in a timely matter without any issues. Roof was installed and cleanup performed in a little over a day. They also did an excellent job on siding repairs.

We were first introduced to Eric Sutton and PMR Roofing via our Real Estate Broker, as we were in the middle of selling our house in Dallas, when we had a full inspection of our house (unknown to us) the roof had some serious and severe hail damage that had built up over time and the roof needed to be completely replaced, which we were not anticipating, and time was not on our side as we were trying to sell our home ASAP.

From the second we were introduced to Eric, that stress & concern from addressing our roofing issues washed away. Eric was not only extremely professional from start to finish, he also walked us through the entire process in a calm and digestible way. Helping us navigate our home owner insurance process, as well as keeping us in the loop at every step of the way.

Eric & the entire PMR crew, removed our old roof, and installed a state of the art new one in A DAY!!! (literally 12hrs from soup to nuts), and the roof not only looks great, but is backed by PMR Roofing certification and warranty.

Storms damaged my roof. My friend Patty works at PMR, gave her a call, and immediately got a call from Eric Sutton. This was our first time doing a major fix to our house and using out insurance. Mr. Sutton helped us out tremendously in explaining everything to us. Highly recommend this company to any of my family, friends, and coworkers.

Eric and his crew were courteous and professional. They did a great job installing a new roof for me. It looks very nice and professionally done.

I was connected to Eric through a friend. I had an overhang built at my lake house and it was flashed incorrectly. Two years later, it started leaking. It’s VERY hard to find good work that will do what they say out at Cedar Creek Lake and Eric and his team at PMR did exactly that. They looked at the assessment from a local roofer, sent someone from the DFW metro and fixed my issue in a more comprehensive manner and for 1/3 less money in a tighter time frame. It is my understanding that repairs are not their bread and butter, but you can ensure yourself I will be reaching out to Eric and PMR again when I have replacement jobs at hand. Eric was a great communicator, honest, transparent and fair. Couldn’t ask for more. If you need a new roof - you need to reach out to Eric.

Eric and the PMR crew were amazing! They both were upfront, honest, highly professional, and meticulous regarding every detail. Communication was great throughout the job, and the work was of the highest quality at the fairest price possible; work was done like it was on one of their own homes. I have and will continue to recommend both Eric and PMR to family and friends when or should they ever need any roofing work done as they are, hands down, the BEST at what they do!

This year has been insanely stressful for us, we purchased our home last June and since then it’s been one system failure after another, with the most recent and costly being the roof, which failed an insurance inspection as we changed plans resulting in our need to replace the whole thing within a few shorts weeks.

That’s where PMR, and more specifically, Eric come in. They were able to plan around their current workload and the insurance demands to delivered our roof on time.

Eric was particularly wonderful, his knowledge is broad and his ability to provide a variety of options that meet aesthetic considerations and qualify for insurance premium reduction was incredible. Not only that but he also identified a structural deficiency in our extension and offered a cost effective solution to prevent water from pooling on an insufficiently pitched section.

Our old roof was cobbled together out of non standard boards, ranging from 2x2 to 6 inch tongue and groove decking. PMR ripped out each and every single one and replaced the whole thing with OSB, high quality synthetic barrier, and class IV shingles.

The class IV shingles come with the benefit of reducing our insurance premium, and being designed specifically for the hail our region sporadically throws at us.

I feel guilty for waiting so long to leave a review, but I also see that as a testament to the piece of mind PMR has given us. For the first time in months we go to bed without mounting anxiety, and actually have time to get lost in other thoughts.

Aside from being immediately satisfied, we look forward to rebuilding our home in a few years, and will be choosing PMR to roof it.

PMR Roofing was A+ caliber right from the beginning of the replacement process. Eric helped way more than was expected, including some suggestions that made our home stand apart visually from most others in our area, and beyond helpful dealing with our insurance company. The installation teams were on-time, worked with a sense of urgency, and left the property 100٪ clean. If the need arises, I wouldnt hesitate to call them back as they did outstanding work and kept us well informed through every step of the way.

In the crowded market of roofing it was hard to narrow down the search for the best contractor that I could find for my property. After meeting with Quentan & obtaining knowledge of his processes of project management, the solution became clear. I want to thank Paragon Multi-family for eliminating the stress that I felt throughout my search for an honest, professional, responsive contractor with the highest quality. I admittedly paid a bit more for their services vs. the “low bid.” But in my experience the “low bid” always becomes the most expensive & causes unrelenting stress. The most important characteristic of a business in my experience is how they handle the inevitable problems. I have used Quentan and his team exclusively for years now. They are hands down the most professional and genuine contractor I have worked with and have always showed real concerns for my request during our re-roof project. I always know that when I need their help they will advise me on what is best for me rather than trying to sell me something. Recently, I had an HVAC guy quote me thousands of dollars to fix a vent issue that they were able to walk me through how to just replace the cap which only cost me $35. Highly recommend.

My families experience with PMR was great from start to finish. They were honest and accurate with their pricing and did all of the work with the insurance company, offered detailed advise on decisions we had to make, and were very reliable in the time frame they gave us. Overall we would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

We bought our house in 2019 and even though our inspection came back fine, we knew that some things were missed. After the winter storms, we noticed a few leaks, mostly from the sky lights. I called Quentan and his team came out the same day. They found that it was more than just the skylights, but I had drips going into our attic/laundry room that I would have never caught. They were able to repair them on the spot and because it wasn't raining that day, promised to check back in after the next time it did. The repairs were great and I was very pleased with the price.
