This is our favorite place for hardware, paint, and garden supplies! Everyone working there is knowledgeable and helpful in finding what’s needed. We appreciate being able to get what we need quickly and get back to our projects! Prices are reasonable and quality is always great…if we bought the wrong item, we can easily return and get the correct item…usually speaking with the same worker so we don’t have to explain what’s needed again and again! We love Plummer’s and you will too!

Great Customer Service!! Unlike some of the big box stores around here, I never have to walk around the store trying to find an employee who can help me. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The carry a little bit of everything...I don't recall ever leaving without either the exact item I was looking for or at least something that serves the same purpose!

Plummer's Hardware (ACE Hardware) in Farmington, MO is hands-down the finest hardware store I have ever shopped in. This is due to the fact that the employees are knowledgeable about hardware, housewares, plumbing, construction, landscaping, gardening--pretty much all areas that bring someone to a hardware store. And if the "helpful hardware person" assisting you doesn't have an answer, they find someone who does. If that doesn't pan out, they'll get on the internet or call another store or refer you to a local professional. The folks at Plummer's seem to genuinely care about finding solutions or getting the best product for the job into your hands. Seriously refreshing...and no, I'm not a relative. ;-)

The staff knew us by our first name and were super knowledgeable about the Traeger Grill/smoker we purchased. They helped load it in the truck and were AMAZING!!! We try to buy everything we can from Plummers because they represent home town values and service we miss so much from big box stores.WE LOVE PLUMMERS!
