Tammy was incredibly helpful in researching insurance companies after our premium went up. I thought it may be to late for us to make a change in plans, but they were able to get us swapped over prior to our new policy taking effect. I have moved away from Kimball, but appreciate being able to still use JoDee and Tammy for my insurance needs, as I know them personally and trust them fully.

Jo Dee has been a huge help getting insurance for our first house! I did plenty of research and calling trying to find a reasonable rate for an early 20th century home with a wood roof, and Plummer found the best rate by far, and got us through smoothly!
