My experience with Pleasant Valley Metal Roofing & Siding was great. He was courteous, quick and flexible to schedule, arrived on time, finished the job quickly and well, and even provided before and after pictures of repair in case my insurance company might need them. I'd definitely recommend him, and would hire him again without a second thought.

If they had a half a star I would have left a half a review called to ask for and estimate and the guy forgot ok I understand that because people do get busy so when he finally did come to do an estimate I was told he would have it in a week well 6 phone calls and two months later and still no phone calls returned I don’t understand how any person can do business if you don’t return a simple phone call that is ok we will just throw our business elsewhere is all

It's been two months since they put our metal roof on leaked an hour after they left now another leak in kitchen call all the time no answer most of time Robert no where to be found no satisfaction from they just took our money and ran very disappointed and for the installers byler const. I wouldn't let them build me a dog house very poor workmanship no satisfaction from them either was supposed to come back next day to fix our leaks hasn't shown up or answered any text or calls very unprofessional and shotty work paid them a lot of money they took it a could care less about our leaks that shouldn't have been there in first place if there work would have been satisfactory so the way I see it neither company is worth a shot getting lawyer soon and calling better business bureau need some satisfaction one way or another so both company's be expecting a call from my lawyer
