Marcelo was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly with our request for a quote on a new roof & gutters. Once we accepted his very reasonable proposal, his team was out the following week and completed the job in 3 days. His workers were polite and professional, and made sure to clean up the property before leaving each day. They arrived early and worked efficiently. His response time to any questions or concerns was unmatched. However, we were not happy that he instructed his workers to use spray paint on our flashing to match it to the new color of our gutters without consulting with us first. Despite their efforts to protect the brick, it left a visible halo. Marcelo assured us that this was mildew, however after recently having the entire house pressure washed, it is clear that there is in fact paint stain on the brick. We were were also later advised by another roofing professional that the flashing should have been replaced entirely, which we would have been willing to pay more for if we knew better. We are left with conflicted feelings about Fast Quality & Service.

Knowing that my roof was in bad shape, I was uneasy about finding the right contractor to help me with the repair. But, after the consult I felt at ease and reassured that I’d be able to get the work done for a good value. The team worked fast, professionally, and provided updates throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier.
