Unreliable company. The company sends a friendly representative ( son in law of the owner) who promises many things which are false.
Communication is non existent. Phone calls, emails are not responded to. The crew shows up randomly unannounced one day and then leave the job unfinished for three days, leaving exposed wood to the rain. We were told this was a simple job. Very frustrating to work with a company where there is no communication.

If anyone is in need of a new roof look no further than J.P Roofing! They use top quality products, skilled labor, attention to details no short cuts to complete a job. Andrew the sales rep did a fantastic job with explaining the scope of work time frame showed up on time,with Mike as the project Mgr to ensure quality work being performed. I am a very demanding and esthetics pleasing guy which they met and exceeded mine and my wifes! Great job

The owner just basically threatened me because my wife left a negative review on Google.
He personally contacted me and demanded that she take the post down. He said I knew where he was at if I wanted to do anything about it.
He wanted to speak with her directly but with the behavior he was exhibiting I wasn’t going to allow it.
Who does this guy think he is Don Corleone? Demanding, threatening people because his little ego can’t handle a bad review??
Anyone that behaves like this isn’t worthy of your business or your money. I would definitely look elsewhere for a roofing company if you need work done.
Because god forbid you leave a bad review, he might just send out some goons to your house.

We were very happy with our experience with JP Roofing. We had roof damage from a big storm and needed the roof to be replaced before we went on our vacation. We met with Cam Kinnee who was very knowledgeable on the roofing products and helped us get a more precise estimate on our roofing costs. We were hoping to have better ventilation in our dormer area since it would get so hot in the summer, and Cam informed us on venting solutions to help with that. He also worked with our homeowners insurance company to help us get a little more from them since materials to fix the damage was going to cost more than they estimated. The communication with Cam was great. He always answered our questions very quickly and gave our homeowners insurance all of the documents they requested. He also helped us with the financing process, which went smoothly. When our roof was being installed, Jonathan took the time to talk to me and explain the process and told me to contact him with any questions that day. It was a great experience from start to finish and we would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

The previous owners to my house use this company to replace the roof after hail damage. I was not told that I had to transfer the warranty to my name by the previous owner or the mortgage company when I bought the house. The roof was replaced less than 10 years ago. My roof is now leaking around my Chimney. And lo and behold the company that makes millions of dollars won’t even come out and look at my house because they don’t have to honor the warranty any longer. How can these big companies look themselves in the mirror when they sell something with a warranty and won’t honor it that shows a huge lack of integrity.. so I posted this yesterday. The company called my husband asking me to remove the post. Today they called my husband threatening me with legal action if I did not take this post down. I’m editing this post after the owner responded and after the new roofing company came in to fix my roof. The company is saying that the roof is leaking due to flashing around my chimney not being replaced when you redid the chimney. So it leaking due to improper work done by your company. That you would not even come look at and now won’t cover.

My 86 year old parents contacted them to get a quote to do the roof over their back patio. They came out and gave a quote which my parents accepted. They were told they were on the schedule week after week after week, but they never came. When my parents would call, they were given every excuse under the sun as to why it wasn't done that week. Finally, I called the company on my parents behalf and explained what has been going on for weeks. She asked me to hold on while she talked to the owner. When she got back on the phone she assured me that the owner himself would call me within the hour. That was another couple weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Nice way to treat 86 year old customers. I guess they figured they're old and won't care when it gets fixed. I would still like a call from the owner so I can give him a piece of my mind.

Never seen anything like this before. The experience was unforgettable. Top notch from top to bottom. A hard working and dedicated team makes this company different from others. No calls unanswered and someone is always there to answer your questions and concerns. The hard working roofer’s were not only polite and respectful but very dedicated .Steve was the one that made the project happen. His unique and friendly nature was so much appreciated. He put me at ease and gave me a better understanding of how the process is going to work.I would have given this company five stars, but the roof was recently replaced.

This company has been a complete nightmare from day one, and I am beyond fed up. I’ve been waiting since February for them to finally fix a problem with my gutter—something they’ve already repaired twice, yet they can't seem to get it right. And that’s just the surface of the endless trouble we've had with JP Roofing. The worst part now is their pathetic excuse for a warranty service. They keep promising to put it on "a work list," but nothing ever gets done! It’s infuriating and unacceptable! My wife called last week and said they'd be out within the week but never showed up and never called.

JP Roofing was fantastic! From quote to completion I have nothing but good things to say. I told them I wanted quality work for a fair price. I got what I asked for. Very happy.

If you have an average sized roof and another company quotes 26k, tell them to beat it and call JP! They don’t over sell.

JP roofing was the easy choice from the beginning. This being our first time going through this process we had a lot of questions and were looking for a roofing company that would work with us & guide us through each step.

Their sales consultants were always available with questions we had throughout the process and helped us understand what roof options were best for our house, the production scheduling team was transparent and diligent in getting us booked in time and letting us know when materials, the dumpster, etc was all arriving so we could plan accordingly with our parking situation at home and the project manager on site was communicated with us the whole time they were on site about updates. If I ever need a new roof there will be no question who I will go to first.

The crew was friendly and personable. They were extra careful with all of our bushes, and they did an immaculate cleanup of our property when they were all done. There was no down time due to laziness they were here at 7:30am and done by 2pm. Wow, what a tremendous experience!!!!! Jonathan was the leader of the crew, and he was such a calming figure with a ton of professionalism. Everything they promised was completed. I would be remiss if I left out Tiffany. JP Roofing installed my new roof just last Friday, Feb. 28. Sales process was super easy, Andrew was my sales guy. No pressure, no hassle, just facts which is nice. Install was very professional. The crew arrived at 6:50AM and went right to work, and worked quickly and without issues. Dumpster and shingles quickly followed. Project Manager "Bo" was super great, and kept me in the loop the entire day. By 4PM everything was cleaned up and the crew gone. They took a short lunch break and right back to work, everyone knew their job. So very nice to see everyone working together and good communication. Tiffany contacted me right at the end to be sure I was satisfied and had any questions, so nice. Would recommend JP Roofing to anyone and will definitely use them again if the situation calls for it. Had gotten MULTIPLE estimates to replace my roof. Estimates were all over the map and up to 2 weeks to complete. JP Roofing provided the most detailed, realistic and professional estimate. The roof was completed in 2 days, looks fantastic and came in at half the cost of the highest estimate. Completely satisfied!!!

I needed a roof repaired over my back porch to repair a leak that getting a new roof from another roofing company had not fixed and working with that other company to fix the issue became apparent they didn't know what they were doing.
What i have learned trying to get other roofing companies to come out to do an estimate is that 1) most roofers only put on new roofs and 2) roofers don't want to touch someone else's work and if they do give an estimate for a repair they won't guarantee that the work and cost actually will fix my leak.
So, I am very thankful I found out about J P Roofing. Not only are they experts at roof repairs, 1) they did not try to sell me yet another new roof, 2) they (Joe, the owner) said he knew he and his team could fix it, 3) Joe himself called me and was actively involved in the process of estimating what was necessary to repair my roof leak.
They did what they said they would do, were responsive, cleaned up afterwards, and did all the work without my having to be home.
Most importantly, I have a roof that no longer leaks.
So, thanks to Joe, several Mike's on the team, and their whole staff. They have my highest recommendation and pricing was fair.

I would highly recommend JP Roofing & Metal Buildings, Inc! I requested a quote online & they were very prompt on getting back to me. They were able to replace my moms roof within a week's time. Steve, Joe & everyone that helped were awesome! Hard working with quality workmanship!

JP roofing did an amazing job! Extremely fast, did a wonderful job cleaning up and respectful. They had the best prices compared to others. They were extremely down to earth and wonderful to work with. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of the telephone tag I played with them to schedule a day for them to start.

Had a oak tree laying on top of my shed and had a bunch of shingles missing from a bad storm earlier this year(2024). Called these "PROS" for help and let me tell you this company went out of their way to make sure I was very happy. Talked to Joe, the owner, many times and he made me feel like I was a king. He handled everything from material to my insurance company. The team that came out started work right a way and never took a break until the roofs and clean up was done. In fact, they even put new shingles on my shed. A special thanks to every I spoke with to Nick's team workers. The only one think I found annoying was it was hard to find Danny to answer my questions. Nick on the other hand, was great. Explaining things what the were going to do from ripping old shingles off down to picking up nails from the yard!! Great job guys!! Everything looks awesome!!

If you are looking for a professional, honest, and competent company to do your roof look no further. They immediately came for a consultation, laid out the materials, their plan and a team to get the work done. Despite the level of work I needed done, The work was done THE SAME DAY! I contacted JP roofing and Siding from North Versailles to replace my roof. The office took information and within 24 hours I had an appointment scheduled. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was most impressed talking with an Owen’s Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor that offered me an Owen’s Corning 10 year or 25 year labor warranty. The warranty pro-rate after the time period which is a life time warranty. All other estimates of Owen's-Corning Perferred contractors only gave a five company labor warranty. The process went smooth with materials arriving, dumpster being delivered and crew leader and crew showing up early and project manager arriving soon after. Best experience I ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend JP Roofing !!!

Brendon's crew was exceptional in every aspect of the job; they are meticulous and professional. It was a scorching 90+ degree day and they were still able to complete the job - with just a few of the crew returning the following morning to ensure every speck of debris was cleared. After reaching out to JP Roofing with both phone calls and via the web site and emails I did reach someone in their organzation about scheduling an estimate. When I spoke to them they would not give me a scheulded date but said it would be "later next week" and they would call before hand when they would come. Two days before the end of the week I tried to call and email again with no response. Never did get a quote or even a response to my inquires. Also if your reading this and it is a pet peeve of mine, if you use technology to communicate with your cusotmers or potential customers make sure that it works and you are using it, if not simply remove it from your website and say you need to call. One of the reasons I prefer to use email to communicate is I have an electronic record of discussions and can easily keep bids, and paperwork organized. Also, if your too busy or you just don't want to do a job, just simply state that, I would prefer to move on than wait for something that will never happen.

JP Roofing was super easy to work with. They have advanced technology that they use for quotes that helps to minimize the need for quote increases. The job cost was exactly the same as the initial quote. They were able to start the job in a few weeks despite there being no need to rush. They arrived in the morning and were completed by early evening. Any questions I had, they answered.

This company has beyond disgusting employees. Contacted them about potentially getting a quote for a roof repair. When they called to schedule we told them nevermind we no longer need their services as we chose a different company. They decide to send a crew out anyways when no one is home and one of their employees decided to urinate on the side of my house. Literally on my house. We have a hidden camera and caught the whole thing on video. Absolutely atrocious behavior. Think twice before contacting this nasty business.

When he first came to our home to give us estimate, he was gracious and told my husband answers to questions BEFORE he asked!!! He is so knowledgeable!! In the end, I talked with Tiffany in the office (I had to call a few times with my own questions). She was so happy to answer and help me along! She is genuine! I could tell by her voice! Anyhow, our roof needed alot..... and we can't be happier with the work they did! And.... cleanup.... they did it all! The only way, today, you can tell they were here...... is our Beautiful new roof!!

Great experience working with JP. I had a new roof and siding installed. The roof took a day and the siding took a day. We are very happy with how everything turned out. They were straightforward, timely and within budget. I would certainly recommend them.

JP Roofing is the roofing company I will always recommend. They did a great job on my home and my son's home a little while ago. A couple of days ago, I notice something odd with my son's furnace duct that protrudes from the second story roof I called JP Roofing and Tiffany in the office was responsive and entered a job ticket for someone to come look at it. I called the next day to tell them that I thought all OK and there was no need for the ticket. Well the very next day Luis showed up unexpectedly and asked about my concern. He then went up on the roof and found that a metal shield on the vent pipe had become dislodged, probably due to the recent high winds. There was no problem with the actual flashing down at the roof/shingle area. Luis ran some screws into the shield and told me I will not have any more problems. JP & Luis stood by me as a customer and went the extra mile (my son's home is pretty far away) by coming out to check out my concern even though I called the office to tell them not to bother. JP Roofing did an outstanding job and as I mentioned earlier I have recommended them to neighbors and will continue to do so. In today's business environment when companies don't seem to care about you once they have your money and are gone, JP Roofing is the exception. They know the value of good customer service and follow-up on customer concerns. They have always been good to deal with and this just reemphasized my opinion of JP Roofing. Joe is running a good business.

STEVE AND BO WERE GREAT. THE TEAM DID WELL AND OVERCAME A NUMBER OF UNANTICIPATED SITE CONDITIONS. MY ONLY RESERVATION WAS THE COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES WITH THE WORKING TEAM AS FEW SPOKE ENGLISH AND MY SPANISH IS EXCEPTIONALLY LIMITED. W MADE IT WORK OUT BUT IT REQUIRED A LOT OF SKETCHES, REPETION AND PHYSICAL DEMONSTRATION ST THE SITE OF THE ISSUE/QUESTION. THEY WOULD BE 5 STARS IF THE CREW HAD ONE LEADE THAT WAS EQUALLY CONVERSANT IN ALL LANGUAGES AT THE JOB SITE.

JP ROOFING is the Best Roofing Company in the world. Their work ethic is superb. They work like a well oiled machine. The crew showed up at 7:30 am and they began work right away. Everyone was working so hard to do this exceptional work. JP (Joe) the Owner of the company was there the entire time with Al from Owens Corning; John the supervisor with 12-13 workers that were working on the roof; Josh that brought out the roof samples and also the man that dropped off the dumpster for the old roof and picked it up the next morning . Each one of these people were so awesome and really kind. They were truly the best company that I have ever heard of or had work done by. Everyone was so respectful but most of all, so kind with any questions I had. They were ALL there to do exceptionally wonderful work on my roof and to make sure everything went smooth. They were meticulous in the cleanup around the house when it was finished. By 7 that evening I went outside and my new roof was complete and I just started to cry. It looked so beautiful and I felt so blessed and had such a lovely experience with receiving this roof for Veterans that served our country. We are so honored to receive this wonderful gift. I have told everyone I know that JP ROOFING is the way to go 100%!

Everything was seamless from beginning to end, and the only obstacle I had was choosing a color for my new roof because they had so many beautiful options. It was such an easy scheduling process and once I had my date, the team was punctual and efficient. Completely satisfied with my new roof from JP. From the very detailed estimate to the fast and very clean installation, things went very smoothly. And a huge bonus to them being an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor and the 50 year transferrable warranty that comes along with that.

I initially called JP Roofing to repair some wind damage from last spring that started causing a leak in my home. After coming by, Joe told us that we could pay him to do the repair but the shingles we have aren't made anymore and we could instead file a claim with our home insurance to get a whole new roof. I was skeptical at first but I trusted Joe and I'm glad I did, I got a whole new roof for my home insurance deductible! It looks great and once I got my claim money they were there 2 day later to get the work done!

I needed a new roof as my roof was way past its life. I hired JP Roofing to do the job. They were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. Within a few hours they had the old roof off and the new roof installed. They cleaned up every bit of debris and were very meticulous with their quality of work. They were amazing. I had an issue where they forgot to do some caulking. Tiffany reached out to me and within approximately an hour she had two workers on site and completed the missed work. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the materials used and the work performed by their employees. I am recommend them for any roofing job. I like the fact that if there is a problem they are available for a quick resoloution.

We had our windows and roof done by JP, we could not recommend them more highly. We met in the home show, have some rough estimates of dimensions and Jeff was able to give us an estimate. He then came and measured and his estimate, without seeing the roof and windows, was within $500. Jeff, the crew that did our windows, and the crew that did the roof were fantastic. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend JP!

My roof was complex as it has multiple peaks and very steep slopes. This crew worked 14 hours and got the job completed including cleaning up and moving big flower pots back where they were. They were considerent towards my neighbors on either side of me and their property. From Tiffany in the office and her good communication with me she made a busy stressful day to end well! Called for a repair of siding. Sent crew over for estimate same day. Short time later, crew was back to do the job. Hard to find someone that does repairs.

We chose JP and team because of their price and time within the industry. The team was able to provide an estimate and have a team on site within about a week. The team completed the tasks quickly and professionally, so I can't ask for more. The estimator was great and went above to find savings offered to veterans.

Had the soffit and fascia done. They did a great job. Easy to work with.

Update: we had a section of our fascia come a little loose (we live on top of a fairly windy hill). I contacted the company via the chat feature and they got back to me right away. I gave them a call and the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and had our account info ready to go. They came out a few days later and checked out the entire front section to make sure nothing else was loose.

We recently had our roof replaced by JP roofing and metal buildings. Inc. We have a very large roof with many high peaks. When we started the process we had several local companies come and view our roof. Every single one of them except JP roofing said they would get back with us with a price. JP roofing gave us a quote the day they came. We are still waiting to hear back from the others! J P Roofing completely replaced our roof in one day. They were very professional, and their craftsmanship was exceptional. When they left, everything was cleaned up, you would have never known they were here, except for the beautiful new roof on my home. It was a smoother process than we ever imagined. We had heard good things about this company but they really exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased.

My recommendation is to try another company that will not ignore your phone calls or tell you the salesman is gonna call you back and he never does .Try another company that really cares about you as a customer and not just another roofing job Make sure you live in a Rich or Wealthy zip code before you call this company because if you live in a zip code that includes Low Income they are not gonna do business with you .Totally bad experience with this company. Do your homework before calling them or like I said try another roofing company that will do right by you

Moved out the home in 2023 and I REALLY wished I had gone to another company that would have me with the Roof ...LESSSON LEARNED

UPDATE: After many back & forth calls to JP Roofing, several roofing technicians were sent to my home to access my problem. I am VERY PLEASED to report that the technicians were very careful & intentional finding the solution to the leakage problem. After exhausting their checklist, the technicians re-adjusted my soffit & fascia and the PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED!

JP Roofing installed my roof 7 years ago. I noticed problems with ice buildup on my porch and contacted Joe 2 years later. He advised that he would examine problem.
I continued calling, but later became very frustrated because there wasn't any response. It is now 2021, and I decide to try calling again. I spoke with Joe again and he advised he would come by to examine problem. We scheduled a time, but he came at a time different from what was scheduled.

So, here we are again with multiple calls, no response. My new gutters were installed without a pitch, so water overflows like a waterfall. My steps accumulates ice patches during the winter months. My porch and steps have both been damaged as a result. This problem didn't exist before my roof installation. I'm still waiting for someone to come back and resolve this issue that has gone on for more than 7 years now.

I believed that my family (who works for the attorney general's office) was referring me to a trustworthy & reputable company and that I was going to have a great experience. It has turned into a complete nightmare. I have tried to be patient & understanding, but I now feel that I must exercise my rights as a consumer.

I would simply like to have this issue resolved under the warranty that Joe promised, so I can put in the rear view mirror. Oh wait, maybe the plan is to allow the warranty period to EXPIRE! After this, services will no longer be needed.
