Had some damage to my roof after recent storms. Ashley came out and within a short timeframe after contacting Platinum Roofing. He identified the damage was minor and had his crew take care of the damage quickly. I really appreciated the upfront and honest pricing about the work as well the excellent overall customer service. I would highly recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone in need of roof work.

I highly recommend Chris annd Ashley to provide roof repair/replacement services. They advocated on my behalf with the insurance company and were instrumental in improving the payout of a claim. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with their level of professionalism and service. Additionally, The crew they had working on the roof replacement were on time, professional, and did a great job cleaning up! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my new roof. Ashley walked me through every step, was here early to meet the insurance adjustor, advocating for me. The insurance did pay for roof less deductible. His brother Chris worked with me in picking out shingles and explaining process as well. Both are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly.

My highest recommendations for Platinum roofing who replaced our roof in February of 2024 and did a remarkable job. In September Helene pushed down several trees and they came back to help with the restoration to our new roof. The roofing and repairs were remarkable. The roof matched so well that you cannot tell that the shingles were replaced at a different time. Platinum also worked well with the insurance company.
We highly recommend Platinum.

AWESOME JOB!
Our roof install process was held up by about three months... due to insurance issues.
But Chris and Ashley never gave up on us!
They were proficient and determined to make sure our claim was processed and the job was done right.
They even included our shed.

This was probably the easiest experience EVER. As we know homeowners insurance can be REAL hard to get along with. Ashley and his team stepped in and took over and dealt with the insurance company every step of the way. His team was professional and everything went as planned. I started experiencing some weird water leaks in the ceiling of one of my 1st floor rooms and noticed it was only occurring during rainstorms. Chris from Platinum Roofing was referred to me by others in my HOA and I have to say, Chris is the man! He did a review of my roof indicating I had some storm damage and helped me submit a claim with my insurance. He helped me through the entire process and was always available by text and phone if I had any questions. Platinum Roofing SC did an amazing job on the roof in one day! I recommend them 100%.
