Jai was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy but took time to explain the storm claim process in detail. He took care of all the moving parts of our restoration and was an excellent representative for us with our insurance adjuster and our local agent. Through his knowledge of the insurance end of storm claims we were able to get our house looking better than it was before the storm and save a lot of money in the process.

Our house was hit by an EF1 tornado. We contacted Jai Hughes of Platinum Roofing to review our damage, based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Jai made a thorough assessment of our damage and explained in detail what would be required to complete the repairs correctly to address all underlying damage. We needed a new roof, siding, gutters and other miscellaneous repairs. Jai was on-site frequently to monitor the work and kept us informed. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing for Jai Hughes’ customer focus, expertise and genuine concern for a job well done.

Originally our insurance claim was denied. I was referred by a friend to speak with Jai. Jai, the owner of Platinum Roofing and Contracting was able to document out claim to get it overturned. I have had a few roofing jobs for this company all of which went very smooth. Everything that this company promised and said was accurate. Thank you.

Very professionals, awesome communication. Extremely pleased with how well the roof turned out. They even replaced some sheeting that was damaged for no charge. From start to finish Jai made the entire process as smooth as possible. Got new gutters, and the gutter guys did an absolute horrible job. Jai took care of the situation promptly and found a new gutter guy to install gutters that now look amazing with the roof. I would 100% recommend PLATINUM ROOFING to anyone for your roofing needs!

This company worked hard to find all the hail damage the insurance company didn’t find. Great communication from the owner in every step of the process. The owner was also on the roof overseeing the job. He even sent the insurance building codes to make them pay for proper ice shielding and gutters that wasn’t on their payout. Zero nails in the yard nor damage to the lawn. I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We were in a pinch and need a new roof for Insurance purposes, I had numerous calls out in the area and Only Jai responded. So he got the job. We added the gutters they look great. They roof is a close Match to the other building and we could not be happier. Jai was good to work with knows his business, we had a roof without vents he added those it already helping with cooling. We are so pleased. Thanks to all the crew that came to our house! Great Job.
