Last January my furnace stopped working during the middle of winter during that cold snap when it was -20 degrees. I called Angelo and he came over in the middle of the night to fix the issue. This January the same thing happened and again, Angelo and his team came over and fixed it. Every time I need something to do with hvac I call Angelo and he is on it right away. It’s always a great experience and always a great price!

In the middle of the worst snowstorm and extreme cold weather in montana,
Our heater failed. The temperature was dropping below zero. I called
Eight different heating repair services
But none of them were available for 2 or more weeks. In desperation I called one more place and they came out the next day! The technician Angelo the owner of platinum was very courteous and extremely competent And highly knowledgeable. he checked out the unit and found the
Problem and ordered the part. He also took the time to explain how the
System worked and said the part
Would be in the next day. He returned and in the middle of installing the
Part discovered the manufacturer
Did not include a bracket to hold the part in place! He called the manufacturer and got the bracket sent next day air and had his technician come and install the part
The next day he checked to make sure everything was working properly.
Explained how to set the thermostat.
I highly recommend this company
And will not hesitate to call them for anything regarding heating or air conditioning repair or installation.

Platinum was able to break-in diagnostics and fix my heater same day. It was a holiday and during a cold snap in Billings where it was important to have effective heat supply. Orlando and team were efficient and explained this issues seen (with photos) and resolved inmediate issues. They also identified installation concerns with my system that need to be resolved.

I had a great experience with Platinum HVAC. Angelo, the owner, performed an inspection of my furnace. Communication with the company ahead of my appointment was very thorough. They sent me a notice of who would be performing the service, first and last name, along with a photograph. Then when Angelo was about 15 minutes out, I received a text message that he was on the way. He arrived at the front end of a 15-minute window that had been promised. He was very thorough in his inspection and he did find one small issue which he corrected. He explained to me in terms I could understand exactly what the issue was and what fix he was going to use. He explained that there was an alternative option for a fix if I wanted to do that later, and the approximate cost. The price for his service was actually a little bit less than what the original company I purchased the furnace from had charged me two years ago. I wound up purchasing a maintenance plan for my furnace & A/C, which included annual inspection for each in addition to other discounts on parts and service. Dealing with young business owners who are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and who treat senior customers like me with respect, are a pleasure to work with. Angelo epitomizes this up-and-coming crop of business owners. Give Platinum your business; you won't regret it!!

Platinum HVAC goes above and beyond the call of service. Very professional and always on time. Our AC unit quit on us during a heat wave and they were able get out to the house less than 24 hours from the time we called.

Angelo came on one of our hottest days to fix our air conditioner. He was professional and personable and got our unit back running in less than an hour.
