I had roof and siding damage to my house from two separate hail storms. I had the roof replaced last month by Platinum Builders and will have the siding done next year. The Project Manager, Sam, did a great job in communicating with me and submitting information to the insurance company. He is professional, patient, personable, and responsive to communication. I would definitely recommend based on my experience so far.

Since 2019 I have had 3 full roof replacements and a bunch of ancillary work done by Platinum Builders and they were fast with great quality work. Worked with Platinum Builders after hail damage to our roof. Shane came out multiple times to look at our roof and always worked around our schedule. His team came out and finished everything in one day! Our new roof looks great and you would never know the were here because of how well they cleaned everything up.

We had to get our roof replaced after that massive hail storm in July 2019. We received a quick bid from the company who also worked directly with our adjuster and insurance company. Really takes the stress out of it.
When the weather got better this spring 2020, the owner promptly called me to schedule a day. The crew of 9 men showed up on time and covered all our bushes, deck, patio with large tarps. They worked all day and completed our roof with a high quality shingle in a great color. They cleaned up everything and searched for extra garbage and nails before leaving.
The owner submitted the remaining invoice to the insurance all while sending the documents to me for my records. Honest, fair, clean, stress-free process. I’d definitely use Platinum Builders again for any other job.

Wow! After a long, drawn out battle with our insurance company, Platinum Builders took over. Seth (Platinum Builders) communicated with the adjusters to get the job finished, and the work (full roof and partial siding) was completed expertly and expeditiously. Don’t hesitate to hire this company!

Had some minor wind damage to our roof, where some had been blown off. Platinum was recommended to me. Gave Shane a call and he was out the next day to look and had a crew a couple days later. When I am sure they were extremely busy with lots of hail damage roofs around the area, he took care of a small project in a professional and much quicker manner than I thought would happen. Shane and Platinum did a nice job with little direction. They replaced about 16 windows over the course of two years for us. Most of the communication was over email and was prompt. They were able to work with a wood sample to match perfectly the interior trim. I was impressed.

Quality prompt work at a reasonable price. Seth personally made sure the project was complete & done to my satisfaction along with making sure no nails were left behind.

Highly recommended! Shane and the Platinum Builders team are top-notch! We had to get our roof replaced in Rosemount MN, so we could sell our home. Shane and his team moved their schedule around to accommodate us, and then replaced our entire roof in one day! Very courteous crew, easy to work with, and most of all the roof looks great!

Our experience with Platinum Builders was extraordinary. We couldn't believe how fast and efficient the workers were. Shane set everything up for us, and the job was completed just like he predicted. We won't hesitate to recommend Platinum Builders for others, just like we have done to 2 of our friends already.

After our house was battered by baseball-sized hail, we engaged Shane and his crew from Platinum Builders to represent us in dealing with the insurance assessor and in scoping and performing the work. Shane did an excellent job of both. He found subtle damage, like cracked seals on some windows, that we never would have noticed (well not until the windows started steaming up, I guess). Shane really got the assessor on our side and persuaded him to allow additional coverage of sides of the house that were not damaged, but would have been “line-of-sight” with sides that were to be repainted.

The work done was very high quality and the crew were flexible enough to perform a few other tasks for which we paid extra; this saved us sourcing additional contracting help and their bid was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the way things worked out and plan to engage Platinum Builders for a couple of future projects.

By-the-way, we hired Platinum after a reference from a neighbor; after the hail hit, we were approached by several “ambulance chaser” construction companies trawling the area, one of which acted quite unethically in my opinion. I do not let people work on my house if I don’t know them and they just knock on my door offering their services, and I respectfully suggest you don’t either. Best to get a good reference from someone—um, like this one. So now you can, and in good conscience, go ahead and sign Platinum Builders up for your next project, right? It will be a good decision.

Shane, Seth and the rest of the crew of Platinum Builders delivered on 100% of their promises. They went above and beyond to compensate my every need. I have and will continue to refer them to my friends, family and neighbors. A++ service and workmanship. Thanks guys!!!!!
