Installed a new roof without the ice guard and ridge vents on my neighbor's house, both items are code requirements.
The 10 year Lifetime Manufacturers warranty is void because required roof system components were not installed.
Too many short cuts were taken.

Fran did a good job and fixed a few issues I had with a gutters and shingles. Very thankful for his work getting done so quickly and that he was not afraid of my dogs.

Fran Bott installed 90 feet of micro mesh gutter guards to my copper gutters and repaired a downspout. They are a local company and are responsive to phone calls. Also they called the day before the work was scheduled to confirm. They arrived on time, worked quickly and safely, and completed the job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Bott Roofing.

I called Bott roofing the night of the terrible wind storm a few weeks ago. Fran and his son were there the very next morning and replaced shingles that had blown off of my roof. They are extremely professional, reliable & very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their roof. I am a very satisfied customer!

I've had good experiences with this company. They have been out to repair a leak and fix the trim on a dormer a few times from the wind. When the first guy couldn't find the leak (very tough to find), Mr. Bott (Fran) himself personally came out and it took him several minutes to find it, but he didn't give up until he found it. Had him put in roof vents for bathroom fans as well. Very reasonable and no job too small.

Installed a new roof without the ice guard and ridge vents on my neighbors house both items are code requirements. 10 year Lifetime Manufacturers warranty is void because required roof system components were not installed. The ice guard prevents water leaks from ice damming and the ridge vent allows heat and moisture to escape so the roof can breath. Did not replace the flashing on the chimney or repair / replace any parts of the roof deck. Too many short cuts were taken.
