This is the best company. They gave me a timely quote and scheduled me for my repair, showed up and did the work when they said.

Great company - they were able to fix my roof leak quickly and even moved around some of their other appointments to fit me in. The price of the repair was extremely reasonable (much lower than I'd expected).

I am posting this review due to this contractors poor business practices. Upon posting a bad review I received a call from this contractor complaining about my review in a very poor and unprofessional manner. They told me they were going to take me out of their rotation and to find another contractor. I honestly would have been fine with that if not for what happened following this phone call. Another gentleman from this company called and claimed their was a "blacklist"/"registry" for customers of roofing contractors and that if I do not remove my negative review of them from Google they will keep me on this blacklist and I will not be able to work with any contractors within a hundred miles of my address. I was shocked by that somewhat extreme response to my review. Being a new home owner and though suspicious of his claim, they were successful of playing on my naivetay and I agreed to take down the post in exchange for taking me off the "registry" and to come look at my issue. Once they got onsite they we're honestly polite which I found odd since they had just threatened me with a lie. They gave me an estimate and timeframe and left for the day. However I will not be using them after trying to find out more info about this supposed "blacklist". It's nonsense. To the point where another contractor got back to me and I told them about the supposed list and they literally laughed out loud. I will be working with them instead. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal review. If this has happened to you and you are reading this do reach out to the BBB as well. You have rights as a consumer and businesses are not allowed to threaten or intimidate you, whether the threat is real or fake, if they don't like what you have to say.

I managed to secure an appointment with them. The rep came and said they would repair my roof. came the following day with the team, they repaired my roof. Knowledgeable and professional team to work with.

I am glad they did repair my roof just before it started pouring heavily. Saved me water damage that would have affected my household

Roof Repair Specialist were great. They came out the day after I called them. They showed up on time and gave me an estimate on the spot. I decided to give them the job and they showed up the next day and did the repairs. The technician did great work and cleaned up after himself.
All in all they did everything they can to make the whole process as simple and easy for me as possible.
