I'm grateful for Alex at Pitt Roofing. After the storm I noticed, what I thought was damage, however, he came and looked at the roof; he didn't think work was needed. I'm happy that he was honest! He also helped out with some loose soffit and fascia. I'll definitely be calling him when it's time to replace the roof

Alex came to save the day at my house the morning after a bad storm. At the time we didn't know whether or not our roof flew off. lots of debris around the house made us worry it was our roof that was strewn all over the ground. Alex sped over, knowing how serious of an issue this would be for a rubber roof repair before the next forecasted storm. Luckily Alex and his drone were able to conclude that our roof was intact. He was so lovely to deal with. If the roof ever does fly off, I'll be calling Pitt Roofing!

Alex and his team were incredible. He was quick to respond to a leak and immediately fixed it for us. He then gave us a full quote within a few days and then we were on the calendar a few days after that. His team is thorough and they did a great job picking up before they left. We unfortunately had several weeks of bad weather which delayed the process but Alex communicated to us everyday and we were first priority when it cleared up.

I reached out to Alex in the morning about two property issues I was having and he visited both the same day which was amazing turn around. He communicated with me from the site, took pictures, confident and knowledgeable in his communication. He sent me pics and proposals by end of business day.
