Pitch Perfect Roofing completed a new roof for us in December 2024. They worked with us on scheduling so we could be away while they were working. They did a fantastic job with our roof, taking care of our property, and clean up. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I am really grateful for Bryan. While I was out of the country, I had a huge leak due to holes in my roof, which quickly led to damage all the way down to my ceiling in various spots. I called my insurance agent, whom I trust, and he recommended Bryan (which says a lot!). I reached out to Bryan in a bit of a panic because I was on another continent working at the time, and he went over to my house to put a temporary, sturdy cover over the roof holes during ugly weather to prevent further damage; he didn't charge me a penny for that, nor did he have any expectation for me to hire him to do the full repairs my insurance company would approve. He helped bring me peace of mind, which is priceless. Plus, when I talked to him over the phone while I was away, I never felt rushed because he was very helpful and informative (and kind) with a plethora of details in his answers to my many questions.
Bryan had my entire roof put on in one day! It's beautiful. His advice on the color of shingles, based on his analysis of my house's exterior, was exactly right. And! he made sure to match all the hardware up on my roof (turbines, etc) to the shingle color! I was so inspired, I even painted my window shutters and woodwork in the same color. My house looks so MUCH better on the outside! The photos I'm uploading do not do it justice (esp. since I forgot to take a before pic of the front of my house).

Bryan has even offered to organize the work that needs to be done on the interior of my house that my awesome insurance company (Agent Seth Boyd, Adjuster Zach Hayes - Shelter Insurance) has approved. Will post again after that work.

I can’t say enough about Bryan and his team. Bryan was very professional and handled everything for me including working with the insurance adjuster on the settlement. He advised on colors, made other recommendations and kept us well informed on the process. Bryan kept all meetings as promised, communicated every step and ensured we knew what was happening next. We had our roof replaced after storm damage and we’re extremely satisfied with the work done. Bryan was very responsive and professional. We needed to hire a reputable “licensed roofing contractor” that has been in the business for many years and has actually done the job hands on (not someone that helps do installation or a laborer) but THE LICENSED ROOFING CONTRACTOR themself to “inspect” a roof on a house we were under contract to purchase. This was the one big thing that had us a bit concerned as it was done by the owner and not a licensed roofing contractor. He was kind enough to squeeze us into his schedule as we were in a crunch with the inspection timeline. We knew Bryan could not possibly see everything as the job was already completed and his company could not warranty any of the previous work nor be held liable for any possible future issues. His professional opinion was to help let us know if anything he could see should be corrected or repaired by a “licensed roofing contractor”. Having Bryan personally inspect with his professional background and knowledge of the job was to help our decision making or put our mind at ease with such a big purchase. If and when we do need any roof repairs or a new roof in the future Pitch Perfect is who we are going to call. Thanks again Bryan!

Bryan is a great guy and super easy to work with. It may take him a while to respond to you right now, but he's literally run off his feet with all of the roofs that need replacing in our area, but he will get back to you with all the information you need at crazy hours of the day. Very happy to have worked with him, and his crew that came to replace our roof we're great guys.

I was well informed beforehand about the service that would be provided . The workers arrived early and knew just what to do. They worked until job was completed at early evening. There was quite a lot of cleanup to be done, but they exceeded my expectations. I basically had to do no cleanup when they left, and oh yes, the new roof looks great. I highly recommend this company. Bryan and his crew were very professional and did an awsome job. They went above and beyond the pervu of roofing. They fixed a few spots of my fascia boards and some spots if my siding that had rotted. They could have just done the roof and been done but as stated, went above and beyond. Bryan has been very courteous & professional. His crew did an outstanding on removing my 24 year old roofing shingles, installing new quality underlayment & heavy duty architectural shingles in 2 days time. The crew was very nice & did a great job on the installation. They price matched a quote from another roofer who had been holding my $5k deposit for 6 weeks without putting us on the roofing schedule. My insurance company had placed a roof damage exclusion on my policy due to roof age & storm season was upon us. I called Bryan and he was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars? Nah! 10 stars

Great company - highly recommend using them. We needed a new roof and gutters as a result of storm damage in our area. Bryan agreed to inspect the roof and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He also agreed to meet with me and the insurance adjuster. Bryan’s team did a great job replacing the roof and he also coordinated the replacement of the gutters on the house. Bryan and his workers at Pitch Perfect were very professional and got all the work done in replacing my roof after some hail and damage in one day. Bryan coordinated with my insurance adjuster to recover the depreciation costs of replacing my roof so I didn’t have to bother with that. Great experience. Bryan was informative and always available for questions. The written proposal was more detailed and specific than other proposals we received. Old roof was removed and new one installed in one day. It was a very smooth process. Cleanup was thorough and complete. Installers were hardworking and courteous.
