Scott Bennett helped me with pumping gas at a gas station. At 81, I’ve always been afraid of doing this my entire life. He saw my hesitation and came over to help me. I asked him who he was, where he worked and tried to pay him for his assistance. He was so incredibly kind and wouldn’t even take my money. I recommend him and the company smart enough to hire him.

Scott did an incredible job! This was my first time to have to deal with a restoration like this and he made it so easy and without stress, explaining the whole process and getting it completed so quickly.

Workmanship was not good and I had to show the Program Manager all the problems with the wall repair and paint. Felt I had day laborers instead of trained professionals. I could not communicate with them because they spoke no English. If I had it to do again, I would have hired someone else.

Forerunner Restoration did a fantastic job remediating water damage after a recent leak in our kitchen. BJ was prompt, courteous, and explained the process thoroughly. He made the entire process so easy and took care of all of the mess that came along with the damage. He checked on the drying progress regularly and made it all as painless as possible. Highly recommend this company and would use again for any future issues.

Lacey is the best! She came to my rescue the very next morning bright and early after my water leak. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable with entering my home even when I wasn't able to be there due to work. She kept me informed and my overall experience was great with this company.

Forerunner came in after an outside faucet split. They are very prompt, and professional. Explanations on the process were thorough and easy to understand. They are working with the insurance to get us taken care of. The team Lacy, Carey and James were great!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Forerunner restoration. We had some water damage on a Sunday. They were able to come out and set up to start drying everything out within an hour. BJ came out daily to check to make sure everything was going well and to check the equipment! They are even able to accommodate my husband and I with our crazy work schedule and all we had to do was leave a key and they provided a lock box for the key! Very reliable and trustworthy! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Woke up to a flooded kitchen and within 2 hours Landon from Forerunner Restoration arrived and verified all the damage information with my insurance company and set up fans and dehumidifiers to begin the mitigation process. Over the next 4 days Landon or David returned daily to check the drying process until the space was ready for the restoration. Landon, David and their crews were friendly, professional an assuring that we would be taken care of. Highly recommend the crew from Forerunner!!

BEEARE! WORST company ever with an owner who takes zero responsibility for his company.

Was quoted that our job would take 4-6 weeks and we were out of our home for over 8 months.

Even after getting their deposit, they continued to push us for 6 weeks before starting due to one area of our house when there was a whole house of damage to work on. Project manager, nor their estimator, contacted us with issues and would stop work if something came up with insurnace rather than communicating it to us. We would have to reach out when we went by to realize no one was working.

Subcontractors were slow and the main one on our project only had one worker there for Sheetrock, painting, flooring, etc 90% of the time.

Our alternative living expenses ran out during their slow progress and we were out of pocket over $6,000 and the owner said that wasn’t his issue. But again, we were told 4-6 weeks and it turned into several months. BEWARE and do not use the company.

Landon Nolen came out to give me a mitigation consult. He called ahead, arrived at the designated time, and was very professional. He completed a thorough assessment and explained the process and procedure. Highly recommend.

Regina and Cameron were great to work with. Very professional and friendly, Jose and his teammate did a fantastic job with the floors and trim. They were efficient and speedy.. I highly recommend these people.

We had a great experience with Forerunner. Landon was the specialist who came out and took care of the damaged floors we had. He explained in detail the damage that had been done to our floors and took us thru step by step in the drying out process. He was very friendly and made us very comfortable having him in our home. We would highly recommend their services!

Forerunner was recommended by our insurance company for water damage mitigation & restoration. During the mitigation process, one of the backsplashes was broken when the bathroom vanity was removed from the wall. The young man notified us immediately...SO grateful for his honesty. Then, as the restoration was nearing its end, the Project Foreman [Cameron] noticed it had not been dealt with and set into motion getting it fixed...once again, honesty was key.
While the workmanship has been excellent, the integrity of the two young men speaks loudly We gladly give Forerunner five stars .

Please consider looking elsewhere. I just finished an insurance claim and my insurance company had forerunner come out, after signing the contract, everything went downhill. My carport, house, and cars were hit by a vehicle that drove off the road.The first contractor came out. We talked about the project. He wasn’t aware of everything that was in scope. When we talked about replacing the hand rails in the porch, he insisted that was not in scope of the project. He grabbed his paperwork and saw that it was, we then went over each detail to make sure we were on the same page with everything else. I live on a crawl space. I asked the contractor if he would look under the house to make sure nothing shifted or if there was any structural damage. If there were the insurance would cover with pictures showing any damage. He agreed they should look. I went to work, when I got home, I asked about under the house. He said he crawled under there and everything looked good. However he said he crawled under from the porch where the damage was, I know that was a lie, because I have my crawl space encapsulated and there is a wall built completely under the main flooring of the house and you couldn’t get there from where he said he crawled thru. There is one opening that you have to used and it is under my deck. So I knew they didn’t look. They then removed the carport. They wanted to leave the main beam connected to the house up, I had them remove the beam and we noticed that one of the boards were twisted. They were flush at the ends and about 1/4 to 1/2 inch out of alignment in the middle. I was told that they would need to replace that board and it would cost more, because that was not in scope. I agreed, but since this was an insurance claim, was told they would just need to send in pics and have Allstate approved. I went to work and came home to having the carport installed, however the board that was twisted was never replaced or even mentioned. I didn’t notice until they tried to pass off steps and the hand rails. I am adding pictures of rhe original steps that I had to have them come back to redo. Once I saw how the original steps and railing was done, I called the project manager, had a few choice words and had them send a different subcontractor out to redo the steps and handrails. The next contractor did a better job on the rails and steps. However instead of starting them as a step from
My porch, he started them even with the porch which left a significant drop from the last step to the ground. When I pointed that out, I was told that is the way it is supposed to be built and I could either put some stepping stones at the end. I asked if he could build a step and connect it, so it wasn’t such a drop off. He said it was out of scope and they could do it for 100-150.00 dollars. I declined and built the extra step myself in less than 30 minutes. He also left off all the kick plates on each step, except the bottom step that they built.

If you are deciding between companies, please consider this post. Please see pics. The project manager was no longer employed about halfway through my project. I am not sure if he was let go or resigned. The last pic that has some stained and some not, the stained it what they did, the unstained is what I completed afterwards.

I was very pleased with the response time after hours that was provided. The technician David was wonderful. He came promptly and worked efficiently to mediate our water damage and very informative on the process. I’ve also had contact with Drake and he was wonderful as well. John Caradine from Forerunner Restorations came out today after I had a bathroom flood. He was very polite, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Forerunner was recommended by our insurance company for the restoration of our home after a water heater flooded the entire house. Cameron and his crew were professional and efficient. They communicated with us and kept us abreast of everything that they were doing. We would recommend them for any restoration project.

Forerunner assisted me greatly in the restoration process when my house had a flood from a washing machine, they quickly came out, utilized all resource available to dry out the areas impacted as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have used Forerunner for our two unfortunate water heater leaks this year. They're awesome. Drake has been to our house to take care of the water, and he's amazing. Drake is great, he called us and told us exactly what they were doing step by step and showed up every time, on time, the last 3 days, and even over a holiday weekend...They were very clean and respectful of my home. Hope to never have to use them again but if I do it will be without hesitation.

After a horrible water leak Forerunner got us fixed up in no time. Cameron was awesome to work with. The got in a done 3 rooms and a hallway in just a few days. His crew was very nice and even took in account of my 1 year olds nap times lol. Definitely recommend using Forerunner as we will be doing for projects in the future

Dennis and his team were fantastic to deal with, they got the job done on time and as promised. He even helped us through adding a few additional projects we needed done. He is reliable and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The whole Forerunner team was top notch, from the first inspection team that came out, the mitigation team, and office staff that greeted us and helped us with invoicing. This was insurance covered repairs but we are definitely using them when we make the next upgrades to our home.

Forerunner just completed a three bathroom remodel for me and the finished product is amazing. I'm very happy with the results as well as the process throughout. They were referred to me by a neighbor and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anybody else. I plan to work with them in the future as well. Like any major project, there will be some hiccups along the way but luckily it was trivial and managed in a reasonable time. The project manager Dennis was great. I don't think there was a single time in 30 days that I worked with him when he didn't pick up my phone call. I also felt comfortable enough with him, Alejandro, and the rest of the team to leave them in my home unsupervised.

I had water damage in my house from a leaking pipe in my bathroom. They sent over a young gentleman to remove the flooring and baseboards. He was very professional in his work and making sure not to cause damages to the walls. Did a good clean up before he left. There needs to be more workers like Drake. Forerunner was chosen by my insurance as a preferred provider to repair water damage and replace the flooring in my home. Every single detail was handled beautifully with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism! I was impressed with every person I interacted with in the company. Forerunner was selected by our insurance company in response to a water damage claim. The two main guys assigned to the oversee the water remediation were Drake and Landon. Hopefully you never have to come home to water in your floor on Christmas Eve, but if you do and Forerunner is who is assigned to the task, ask for Drake and Landon. They were very responsive, very respectful and always showed up when they said they would. Their communication was clear, and they kept us in the loop the entire time. They were extremely courteous, polite and respectful to everyone who was in and out of our home during the whole process, even our Bernedoodle Oreo, who may even miss them a little.

Drake came out to our house quickly after a leak was detected and fixed. He kept us informed from the start what the processes would be and answered our all of our questions. He was very professional and reliable.

Right before we we left for a weekend getaway this past summer, we discovered a leak which ended up causing lots of water damage. My Insurance company connected with Forerunner and they made a the repair/remodel process (which is known to be incredibly stressful) easy and accommodating. Landon was the technician who came out to remediate any mold that settled in from a burst water heater pipe and he did a great job. Got everything dried and was in and out. Very professional. Great guy.

Working with this company has been very frustrating. I hired for work on my kitchen and nearly a year later the work is still incomplete. First the wrong appliance was ordered and instead of correcting the issue initially they denied accountability and only agreed to order the correct appliance after I reviewed the order and pointed out that the appliance was indeed not what I signed for. Since that time they have not picked up the wrong appliance and have not yet ordered the correct one. In addition, they have changed the agreed upon conditions of work completion and payment. They now demand payment in full before they order or complete work on my kitchen.

“ After discussing with my partner, we are asking that you satisfy your outstanding invoice for the additional work we performed for you. I sent that invoice to you today. After this invoice has been satisfied, I promise you we will purchase and install the additional stove and pick up the old one. We will put a rush on it and get it done as soon as possible.”

That statement says additional work which is not accurate as this is not additional to the initial agreement and the work has not yet been completed. I have paid more then half of the total cost and have stated that I will pay the remaining upon completion as the original agreement stated. I have not been treated as a valued customer or prioritized on any level. I don’t have a functional kitchen and am being punished for not accepting a mistake that was made on their part.
