Overall the experience was excellent.
1. Kevin was helpful during the entire process and without the help from himself and the Hargrove roofing, I don't believe I would have been able to get my insurance company to assist on the roof replacement.
2. Kevin was willing to meet with (2) different adjustors from my insurance company. I feel that this was critical to getting my settlement.
3. There were no hidden costs, the pricing that I was given verbally, was what the actual contract came in at.
4. The crew that did the work finished in one day and did an excellent job. There was good communication between the crew foreman and Kevin.
5. The crew did a very nice job on clean up

Overall, I was very impressed with the entire process and would most definitely recommend Hargrove Roofing to anyone looking for roof replacement.

Absolute smashing service! I spent 7 months going back and forth with my first roofing company trying to get my roof claim handled and it was a living nightmare! So when they gave up on my case I was distraught and called Hargrove. Two days after I called Hargrove was on my roof removing my solar panels and removing the old shingles! And for months after that they went back and forth with my insurance company making sure everything was properly covered! And when we hit a snag they sent in the big boss Kevin and we got everything sorted with shelter! They took everything off my back that was overwhelming and they were able to get my claim the coverage that I was owed that shelter was heavily pushing back on! I mean they got me covered for my full roof and detach and reset of my solar panels! I’ve worked in insurance for 7 years and when I tell you a good roofer is hard to come by I mean it! Some of the best people I’ve ever met in this industry and I am forever grateful for their patience and their knowledge. My insurance made this a nightmare and Hargrove pulled me out of it and helped every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Brentley was amazing. They were very easy to work with quick and the quality of the job was exceptional. They gave me a very reasonable quote within the day and were out shortly to do the job.

Very happy with the work that Brentley and his team did with full flat roof replacement. My 20 plus year old roof was deteriorating and blistering. Brentley was quick to come provide a quote and follow up with any questions. Once I received the quote and moved ahead with it Brentley was again quick to schedule out the work within one week. Very professional easy to work with and as you can see from the pictures quality work.

Kevin was great to work with. He was professional and responsive and provided a very competitive quote for the roof replacement. Chasin is the best. We were addressing a leak from the roof and were getting conflicting reports from multiple roofing companies. Chasin not only came over to provide an estimate the morning I called but addressed every question and concern I had.

Flat roofing contractors was the best decision I made. They completed the installation ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job.

As a single mom- you always worry when your house needs work- and it will- just part of being a homeowner- will the contractor be reliable? Will they be trustworthy? David was honest from the minute we met. Hargrove was not the first estimate I received but because David brought up similar concerns that my older brother- an expert in this field who lives on the East coast- already discussed with me- it was affirmation that Hargrove Roofing was the contractor we needed. The estimate provided was clear and itemized. A supplemental claim was needed only for a few pertinent items to complete the project. That process was just as easy with Jordan as well! Both David and Jordan were patient and answered my questions without making me feel like I was being too worrisome. Install day was a breeze- my yard was clear before they arrived and it was just as clear when they departed. The roofers were quick- I forgot I left my alarm system active so of course it went off when they started work. When I came home to turn off the alarms- the roof was already cleared down to the wood decking in less than an hour! All the workers were courteous as I hurried to disable the noisy alarm and made sure I was safe to head back to my vehicle without anything falling on me! :D in less than 6 hrs my house and my shed had a new roof! Everything looks great! My brother told me to buy a magnetic sweeper which my son did a walk-thru and came up empty as far as stray nails are concerned. From start to finish- David and Jordan were professional, courteous, patient, and kind. I highly recommend Hargrove Roofing for your next home improvement project! They will do exceptional work!
