John and Bill...where do I start? They treat you more like family than a business that wants to make money. Their professionalism, eagerness to assist *handling a claim can be stressful* and their prompt desire to complete what was needed, all exceeded my expectations. They communicated well, answered any and all questions, and addressed all concerns. They have a customer for life!

Had hailstorm that cause some damage and/leaks to my 20 yr old metal roof and vents, as well as just normal wear and tear. After not having the best luck with two other companies, John came out to check things out and see what he thought. I provided him with estimates from the other two companies as well as pictures. Unfortunately, I have a cosmetic exclusion and couldn't get a new roof for the damage the hail caused, but John did try...damage wasn't substantial enough. Instead he came out with one of his guys in some windy cold weather and they patched things up. John is very personable and came in under what the other companies wanted to charge me.

John and his team are fantastic. John came to our house after there were a few hail storms in the area. He got on our roof after no other roofers would, they wanted to use drones to inspect our roof. John took pictures of our house, gutters, and fence to determine that we needed a new roof. John worked with us and our insurance to get us in line to get a new roof. John is the reason our insurance paid for a new roof. If it weren't for John I don't know if we would have been able to get a roof at the price point we did. After everything was in line with insurance, we chose the roof we wanted and are thrilled with how it looks.

On top of that, John is the type of man and business person that makes you want to support him. We will be referring everyone in Central Texas to John. If you are considering getting a new roof or want to get it looked at, you must call John. If you are worried about someone working with the insurance company and the adjustor, you need to call John. If people are only using drones to inspect your roof, you need to call John.

What an awesome experience. From the moment we started discussing our roof replacement, John was extremely kind, thorough, and honest. There was absolutely no pushing us to do anything and he let us make all of our decisions on our own time. John is extremely knowledgeable on insurance claims and went to bat for us with our insurance company to get the extras that we needed for our upgrade that weren’t originally included in their assessment. Truly cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10 experience. Forever customers gained!

I had been speaking to John about going to a metal roof for a few years because of an interest in rainwater. We ended up going through a bad hail storm and having severe water intrusion. Pioneer came out and sealed the roof. And helped us go through the process with the asphalt shingle roof to then get into a metal roof

John took great care of us after our roof, gutters, downspouts and fence were hit in a hail storm. He was professional, informative, helpful with insurance, and efficient in the work that was done and monitored every step of the process. I would highly recommend this company! Five stars!

Our experience with Pioneer Roofing was an ideal experience. John Porier, the rep. was so knowledgeable in explaining what should be done in reroofing, communicating with our insurance, and making sure that all was done correctly.The roofers were professional and conscientious in all their hard work and clean up. I hadn’t had my steep, asphalt-shingled roof inspected for a number of years. With more rain being predicted for this year, I called nearby Pioneer Roofing Solutions. From the ground I could see at least one ridge shingle missing on two separate ridges. Pioneer identified a hot water heater flue as an additional water-leak source. Pioneer obtained the right shingles for the repairs, plus ensured that not only were my two hot water heater flues properly sealed, but also my two heating unit flues. Pioneer went the extra mile to paint the flues the same color as my roof shingles, a major improvement over their prior silver-and-rust appearance. Very pleased with their work.

A neighbor recommended Pioneer Roofing. It was a Saturday; I went to the company's website and filled out the contact form. I figured maybe I’d hear from them early next week. I got a call within an hour. A few hours later, the owner showed up! He texted, so I knew to expect him. Granted, his office is not far away, but still, I was impressed.

The owner, John, was very knowledgeable. We went around the inside of the house and assessed all the different wall problems. Some were related to water damage, others just to shifts of the building. Then we went outside to the metal roof. He had no problem sealing up the areas that needed it. John was courteous and knowledgeable. He suggested some things to do in the future, but did not push them. He spoke to me at my level, not using technical terms of the trade. His charges were very reasonable.

I knew we needed a new roof and time was running out. John was in the neighborhood replacing a few other roofs and stopped by to offer his services. I knew nothing about how the process worked.. John offered to "get up on the roof" right then and take some pictures. He was professional, knowledgeable and always punctual. If y’all need a new roof, I cannot recommend Pioneer Roofing Solutions enough. John was AMAZING and finished in ONE day. They truly did it right by taking off the ENTIRE roof and not skimping by leaving the old stuff underneath and then just adding the shingles (I do not know proper terms), but I’m particular and they did it right. Their clean up job was also spectacular. John also repaired wood rotting, and he’s getting the gutters and windows fixed from the storm as well. He was a one stop shop and made it so easy! He’s also on site the entire time which really impressed me. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Pioneer Roofing Solutions. Simply INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING customer service. He used high quality material, they installed and completed the job in about 14 hours total from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves, you could not tell they were even there! John is very responsive and professional. He and his team did great job to fix our roof. They came in weekend to get repairs done before the rain. John did a wonderful job! We were hit by a hail storm and the day after he was in the area, he did an inspection and quoted us that same day. The next day there was a possibility of rain, John came out and tarped up the roof to prevent further damage. A few weeks after the installation of the new roof, we were hit by golf ball sized hail. John came out the day after to reinspect and ensure we didn’t have any damage to our new roof. Luckily, the new roof held up!
