Mr. Kenny Rogers of Pioneer Roofing came out to arrange an estimate for a new roof. He was pleasant and engaging, talking about not just a roof, but sports, grandchildren, and church. He told us he would get back with us. He never did, even after we tried to contact him several times. I guess we'll never know why.

Update: To be honest, my one-star rating is not meant as a negative comment on Pioneer's work. I don't know anything about the quality of their work, since someone else did our roof.

I would highly recommend Pioneer Roofing, Mr. Rogers came out and did an estimate for me on Tuesday, we signed the proposal on Wednesday. On Thursday we had our materials delivered and the new roof was put on Friday. The crew had everything done and cleaned up by 2:00. Thanks for your prompt and professional service.

I have been a commercial customer of Pioneer Roofing for 15 years. I called for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with Boyd. He never returned my calls.

Failed to call me back and notify me they were rescheduling 2 separate times ultimately causing me to miss two days of work. I shouldn't have been the one having to call multiple times to figure out I would need to reschedule. Arrived an hour late when they finally came. Original job was quoted to replace any rotten fascia and soffits around chimney, which was not done and later claimed there was no damages. The damages can clearly be seen from the ground and the damages were acknowledged when the estimate was originally taken. I would not have agreed on the quoted price if I had known they were only replacing some pipe boots and installing a single piece of flashing. I feel the "discount" that I was given, was really bringing it down to a fair price for the work that was actually done.
