More than three years ago Pioneer Roofing exchanged a flat roof on my house and a tile roof on my porch which wraps around half of my house.
They removed not only the top membrane roofing but also the old tar roofing to the bare plywood.
Before putting a new composite roofing on they improved drainage to ensure that no pooling of water can occur.
Under ceramic tiles they put a self healing membrane. They paid attention to fitting tiles and corrected all imperfections from the factory.
Their attention to detail, work quality and work attitude were wonderful!
After the last year over 2” rain some water got under a flashing. They came, improved the flashing and so far I haven’t had any problems.
I waited quite a while to get on their schedule but it was worthwhile.
I highly recommend them!
