We were referred to Pioneer by another local supplier, and are we ever happy we stopped in! Not only will they be able to help us with our vinyl siding, but they also have composite decking and aluminum handrails. Customer service was top notch.

Didn't end up using all the material I purchased, so I returned it as they said I could. Returned material on Tuesday was told I would be cut a check on Friday. Just called and was told the lady's not their today that I would have to wait until Monday for her to write the check. I've never returned something to a company and had to wait for payment before.

I thank you very much for reaching out saying that you will fix this misunderstanding! Now I know about your return policy for future reference. I would also like to point out that every other aspect of doing business with Pioneer was very professional and friendly... I will be by shortly before closing time to pick up my check thank you once again.

They lie so much that I can't believe they stay in business because I've called them many times for quotes and prices and every time they put me on hold and then tell me to send my sizes for windows and metal to estimate the cost and I never receive a call back so I go to Best buy even though they are higher in their prices.

Word of mouth goes a long way with me and where and how I do my business.
I know nothing about metal. None. Nada. Nothing.
So when the time came that I needed some I had to trust the recommendation to visit the ladies at Pioneer.
Blown away.
The eat, breathe, sleep, and live for their business.
Top quality customer service, fantastic turn around on product, and an excellent overall experience.
I have no desire to get “screwed” over by anyone, I’ll stick with Pioneer, because they “nailed” it!

Service is impeccable! I was treated like an old friend the very first day I walked in the door.i don't have to wait hours or days for a quote like I did with those "other guys". Deliveries are fast and on time. Staff is friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. TOP NOTCH!!!

Super great company, customer service second to none. My builder had ordered my roofing from them and I had requested to pick it up myself around 4:30. What I didn't know was it was too long for me to haul, so after 5pm on a Friday last minute Lucinda and her guys went the extra mile literally, made sure we were well taken care of and delivered our materials as to not mess up our weekend install plans.
