Pinnacle West has great products. I have been in the foam and coating industry for 20 years and I have not sprayed a coating as good as the indyliner coatings. There foams are excellent as well. Gaco onepass sprays wonderfully, finishes nicely and saves tons of time on jobs that are over 2" thick. The online store is easy to use and has products that I had not previously seen.

Ben Downey has been fantastic to deal with. He is pleasant, intelligent and doesn't use high pressure sales tactics or give false information. He can answer most questions but won't give you bad information. If he doesn't know the answer he always double checks with his techs.

I purchased a used spray foam rig that I was having difficulty finding for myself, as most of the rigs I looked at were in very poor shape. After a brief conversation with Cody Gallacher, he was able to source out the exact rig I was looking for. Pinnacle was also able to rebuild certain components of the rig for me. Ie. the A side of the E-20, the fusion AP, and a transfer pump service!

I was able to get my spray foam certification from them as well. They have been very accommodating from start to finish and have even been able to provide me with remote technical troubleshooting assistance. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Pinnacle West!
